This home has many unique and interesting finishes and quirky details. Fun to find them all, including some hidden storage spaces. Lots of living, dining and playing space. Sooo many bathrooms - no waiting! The owner was VERY receptive and communicated well about a few issues we had with the cleaning crew and lawn care. Quiet neighborhood. Nice sauna, no hot tub.

We came to Omaha for a short vacation, visiting downtown Old Market and the zoo. The house was 15 minutes to everything we wanted to see. There's a cute cupcake store in the neighborhood that I would highly recommend. We had 4 adults and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The large table was perfect for our nightly games. We played frisbee on the lawn as well. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the high end appliances in the kitchen. The bathrooms were updated and everything worked as it should. It was great to have the bar for visiting while others were preparing in the kitchen. We also loved the giant speaker and we used it to listen to music while we played cards. While everything was 100% perfect and we would stay here again -- the only very tiny inconvenience was that we could not find any tongs or spatulas for cooking our breakfast. We got along fine but we did chuckle as we searched everywhere in the nice kitchen that pretty much had everything but that small tool. :) Owner was communicative and check in and out was a breeze. Super quiet neighborhood that is walkable and close to everything. Highly recommend!

The photos don’t do this properly justice. It’s a gem for sure. There were four of us and we were all happy with our sleeping arrangements; each of us having our own bathroom made it even better. Loved the beautiful kitchen and unique table that is a piece of art. A lot of time and attention went into this property by the owner. Plenty of off street parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend!

I have rented many highend homes, over many years, and this is the first time that I have left anything but a 5 star review. For the high nightly cost of this rental I would expect the owner to be more forthcoming with information and ease of doing business.

In northeast corner of Historic neighborhood. Easily houses 3 families one on each floor. Lotsa unique touches and floor plan, but functional across board. Well appointed. Great comms eith property manager. Earns five stars

The house was very clean and organized. This would be an excellent place for a large family or group to stay. There is a lot of space and a lot of room for entertaining. There were plenty of features and extras to explore. Location is close enough to everything without too much hustle and bustle. The communication was great. Overall, this was a big hit with our family of 5!

We were in town for a wedding and super thankful to have found this house. Plenty of room for all, space was well appointed and had everything we needed, parking was easy, just a great house to fit our needs!! Some friends and I were trying to get together and looking for a good option for all of us. We found this home for five of us and thought it was the perfect fit. The bedrooms or spaced out so well, and they were plenty of very comfortable living spaces. It was absolutely perfect for a group of friends to get together and come back to one place and have a wonderful time just relaxing in the privacy of this rental. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house while in Omaha supporting our son as he played for a National Championship. It was an easy commute downtown to the ball park and hotel the team was staying at. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for an 11 day stay. With two bedrooms on the ground floor it was perfect for our older parents who took the trip with us, and our teenage daughter loved have the whole basement as her personal teen suite. It allowed us all some separation, but also had an awesome common area where we could gather together. Appliance were top of the line and everything was super clean and beautifully decorated.

This unique house worked great to host both sides of the families for an engagement party for our son & future daughter in law. The main floor was open & worked great for the gathering. as far as sleeping accommodations there was plenty of room & the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house especially if you have a group of folks coming to Omaha, Thanks for sharing his space with us for a special celebration. ,

My wife and I took our boys here for Spring Break and had a great time over 4 nights. Matt was responsive to texts and walked us through the house at check in to answer any questions. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no issues. Less than 5 min drive to really good neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. Less than 10 min drive to downtown Omaha where we ate most of our dinners. Highlights were the zoo, Durham Museum, local breweries, candy store, and just walking around downtown checking out all the statues. House was awesome as the kids could spend down time hanging out in the basement away from parents. Huge kitchen with all the amenities a family could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!
