The apartment has a lot to offer, the two main bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with beautiful windows and a lot of natural light. The imprint of the owner (which is an architect) is clear and the design is also very modern and well thought. The owner and his family are a delight and easy to talk with to arrange anything about your stay. Highly recommend to visit chalet gravina.

Not much to dislike, the only improvement we could suggest might be about a laundry machine, even a small load one for just underwear and small washing.

The home was modern and clean and the host was fantastic.

We smelled smoke from the downstairs apartment. This is listed as a NON smoking home and we do not smoke. So we did not enjoy the smell of the smoke. Otherwise, the apartment is lovely and the hosts were also lovely people.

The apartment is very modern and tastefully equipped with great attention to detail. It has beautiful glass walls and balconies on two sides as well as some stunning glass roof windows through which you can gaze to the stars from your bed. Nearby is a stream which contributes to the nature and wilderness feel. The garden is also very nice with a toy house for children.

We had a bad experience with the hosts. We booked the apartment since the photos showed roof windows above the bed and the shower. We thought we were going to sleep and shower under the stars. As opposed to that, when we came, that exact bedroom and two bathrooms were locked. Hosts, who live just underneath, explained that this is because we were only 3 guests and that in such case they close one part of the apartment. Even though our booking specifically stated that we are paying for the whole 3 bedroom apartment. When we asked that they unlock the locked part, they said that they will unlock only if we pay extra money directly to them. We are experienced travellers and never encountered anything similar in any of our numerous stays. The whole experience was very unpleasant as the hosts were unresponsive, did not want to communicate in English, they were condescending and ultimately, after unlocking the whole apartment, they forbid us to use that room and bed underneath the window. We lost quite some time and got stressed in this process which practically made the stay not worth it.

We liked the style of the apartment - shower rooms with sky views and a lovely balcony. It was exceptionally clean. The hosts were fantastic.

We really liked everything! It was very hot in the bedrooms, so a fan in there would have made the nights more comfortable. The hosts had bought one for the living room and were very helpful so I’m sure they will add more if needed. We couldn’t find the washing machine.

This is a great offer by a fantastic host. Newly renovated, fully equipped and stylish apartment with two bedrooms will easily fit a family of four. The hosts are very welcome, helpful and to the point. Beautiful views from both terraces will make your evenings and mornings whether you meditate or do yoga, have coffee, or a glass of wine. Chalet Gravina is in a quiet location - what means you'd need to walk a bit to the heart of the tourist center of Ortissei, and this gives you more space and peace (much appreciated by me).
