It has 3700 sq feet fully finished home come with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 and half bathrooms. Jetted tub in master ensuite. 2 bedrooms come with own ensuite. Open to below in front entry with metal railing stair case. Formal dining room with cherry wood dining set. Nicely decorated with high end furniture. Exercise room in basement. Huge yard for your evening with family and pets enjoyment.

Sleep 9. 3 gas fireplaces on main and second floor. 1 electric fireplace in basement. Granite countertop throughout kitchen and bathroom. Two sets of laundry and two kitchens for large family. We really enjoyed our stay! This is a large house, with many bedrooms and lots of comfortable spaces to hang out in. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, as we were there during a heat wave. The owner responded quickly to messages and shared all relevant information well in advance. We would definitely stay here again!

I think what drew us to this property, besides that it checked all the boxes for us, was our hostess. She was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Not a million rules to make me nervous. This is a lovely home and a great space for a large group. Everyone had their own room yet there were plenty of spaces to gather as a group. It was also really easy drive to the West Edmonton Mall. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great for us. Having lots of space and multiple bathrooms was fantastic. Lots of things close and wonderful back yard. We had everything we needed to do a great Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you and we will probably use this property again when we gather the Family in Edmonton when we come in from Winnipeg. Sincerely, CC

Family friendly home. It was very clean and in a really good location. If you have small children, you do have to be mindful of the sharp corners and stairs but otherwise our kids had a good time. Their basement area is sufficient for another family! There are even 2 sets of washer and dryers. I would recommend their property if you have lots of people with you. I would book it again.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. There was lots of room for 9 adults to stay and have individual quiet time if needed. Also had a very easy to use security system. We were in Edmonton for my cousin's wedding and it was the perfect house for us to stay at. Linda was very helpful and great with communication.

Stay was great. Lots of room as we had multiple ages and families for a Family funeral in town. Kitchen has everything you need. Could use a new corkscrew. Nice backyard for sitting outside

We used this property for a family trip to the mall. It is large and could accommodate our group. One really nice thing is the 41/2 bathrooms We had a couple of problems with bed frames but we were able to fix. Under sofas and area rugs could use some attention. Would have been a bonus to have a coiple of condiments in the fridge but we made due without. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Excellent location for walking to Canyon Lodge to ski at Mammoth. The owners provided lockers that fit all the skis we brought with us. The home was cozy and nicely decorated. Plenty of dish ware and cooking utensils to make it easy for us to cook in each day. Highly recommend.

Linda was just lovely & delightful to work with . . . she went above & beyond in welcoming our family into her home! She was extremely helpful, flexible, & accommodating, and responded very quickly to messages & texts. This house is large & very comfortable . . . just great for our family of 14! We had a wonderful time! There was enough space to comfortably accommodate 6 adults & 8 children. The 5 bathrooms were such a bonus. Each couple had their own room & private bathroom. This home is lovely & the location is great! I would definitely recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again!

They need to get regular TV stations. The setup they had was not satisfactory because it kept staling all the time,otherwise everything was great.

We had the best time staying at this property and enjoying 2 Oilers games. The house looks just like the pictures and was extremely clean, tons of space and facilities for everyone. We had 5 couples and 2 singles stay at the house and everyone had a bed and between the 5 bathrooms, there was never any shortage. Linda was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay! Huge house with lots of space. The general cleaning was done for us. However this property needs a deep cleaning. Lots of dirty Fingerprints on light switches, doors and walls. Items found under beds which we knew weren’t cleaned. Dirty face masks under the recliners. Drawers and cupboards could be a little more stocked. Would totally stay here again if the deep cleaning was done!!

Great place - Easy to get everywhere you need to get to. Very Clean with 4 great bathrooms. No cable package so forget about watching the Blue Jays play or some sports highlights before bed.

This spacious house worked very well for our family gathering. Very comfortable lazy-boy style sofas, large kitchen, and plenty of beds. Lots of parking along side of house. Nice back yard with ample chairs and table. Highly recommended!
