Good

The hotel staff were good and resort was also average. The amount of money charged was not worth the resort otherwise it's a good place to stay and relax

The location and view of the resort is good but the rooms can be more good as the amount charged are almost 5 star hotel rates.

Very nice place n location. Scenic the log houses n tree top rooms are great for young and the youth.. Good breakfast and dinner spread

Great place to stay in the lap of the nature. Enjoy the nature and trail instead of screens.

The resort is at the end of a trail in the lap of the nature. Quite exclusive in the area with no noise or traffic. The hotel is in a large property which allows you to trek/hike and go around in the lush green plantations. The staff was very friendly always greeting with a smile and ready to help with your requestes. The owner himself was available on the campus to hear you out and a very friendly person. We booked the cottage and it was a decent room with balcony having views of the plantation. They have some tree houses as well which I found very interesting. The breakfast was good with Indian and continental spread. The staff provided us items on request which were not in buffet like omlette/dosa, etc. Indulge in great coffee from the area as it was flavorful and refreshing. They have bonnfire and lot of spaces to sit out and connect with friends family, enjoy the swings, hammocks and swimming pool. It lacked a bar, but the restaurant staff helped with snacks and glasses for us to enjoy a drink inside our villa.

Wifi was unusable which I liked as it allowed us to enoy the nature and the property. The bed could have been better as it looked a little beat up and old for a resort like this.

Not great value for money on stay. only thing great is all the food which appear to be given most importance

but appears the plantation around the property is not well maintained. the provided Room space is very substandard in terms of quality, maintenance and bath room. outside was dusty and not cleaned. the fixtures were not take. care for ages

Perfect for a peaceful holiday amidst nature.

The hotel staff is very courteous and it felt like a family. They adjusted their timings for us since we would be out travelling and reach late for lunch. I would rate PCR very highly on being child friendly as they would customise their meals for kids as per requirement. Their nature walk and evening bon fire are not to be missed. If one wants to have a quiet, peaceful holiday amidst nature then this is the best place.

It's quite far away from Madikeri so if the itninerary includes a lot of sightseeing then this place may be very far away.

The roads to the property were really bad. Otherwise we enjoyed and loved everything about the resort.

Staff behaviour, the view and the food.

How the staff keep wearing shoes inside the rooms. We expect the floor to be clean where we can walk around barefoot. I sincerely hope the management will advise the staff not to wear shoe wear inside the rooms after it's been cleaned.

Beautiful well maintained resort with all modern amenities , great food and ever helpful staffs

The location and the property met all my expectations. A wonderful place to relax amidst nature.......completely away from the noise and pollution .

Steep walk to the reception from where my room was located. I was wondering how someone with knee problems / heart problems will manage such a steep walk. Suggest they should keep some battery operated vehicles to help in commuting

Very good

Facilities and staffs were great and helpful.Clean and comfortable room. there is space for car parking. Check in was hassle free. it is in the middle of a forest with nice scenery

Breakfast menu and food was delicious but Dinner menu can be improved. No wifi in rooms
