ホテルスタッフはとても一生懸命仕事をしてくれます

最上階にレストランがあります、料理はどれも美味しく、アルコール類も気軽に買いに行ってくれます。市内観光用の車の手配等とてもスムーズにやっていただけます。

混雑した狭い通りに立地し、周辺の環境は良くない。

The Prime Balaji Deluxe

Although the hotel was in paharganj, it was conveniently situated in a back street. Paharganj is a very noisy and congested area. But this hotel was quiet and still easy to get to. Dinesh on the front counter was great. All the rest of the staff were very attentive as well. They all made my stay welcoming and comfortable.

The outside could look better. Struggled to get taxis from outside

Camera semplice e comoda con aria condizionata Ma l’aspetto più importante è la gentilezza dello staff, ci hanno aiutato in tutto! Ci sono venuti a prendere in stazione, Cambio soldi, sim per internet, e ci hanno permesso di fare una doccia dopo il check out Ci hanno aiutato anche per prendere il treno per JODHPUr perché pioveva troppo e non c’erano mezzi per raggiungere la stazione! Grazie di tutto

Everything was superb and food was good and the location was also excellent.The staff is very cooperative and there was a guy his name is Mr. Dinesh Singh is very good person ❤️💯💯 overall the hotel and the stafff was amazing with proper hygiene..

Det people who was caring suitcase and food was asking for tips. They sent cap driver who was going to pick me up to the wrong airport.

Best Hotel in Paharganj for the price bracket!

7 days and not a single cockroache in sight! I stayed for 7 days. On arrival I was greeted with a smile, which was great as I had come straight from the airport after a 4hr bus ride and an 8hr flight. My room was clean and had everything I needed including 2 clean legit bottles of Kinley water. Everyday the room would be cleaned and fresh towels, toilet rolls, soap and 2 bottles of water would be provided. The food was amazing, I had the 'Chefs special non-veg thali' on my first 2 nights there. 😉 The other nights I decided to venture out and try something different. By my 5th night I experienced the inevitable 'Delhi belly' 💩 but thankfully I made a recovery within a couple of days thanks to the help of two of the workers Govinda and Khalid! Govinda went out of his way to get me medical supplies from a few streets away and Khalid had some fresh 'Khichdi' (light rice and lentil dish) made and brought up to my room to help my stomach recover faster (which it did) and also ventured out to get me some bananas 🍌. Govinda would also serve me fresh pancakes with bananas and choc sauce most mornings for breakfast whilst Khalid would ensure my room was kept topped up with toiletries, towels and water. The manager was great too. I had a delightful stay at the Balaji Prime Deluxe and if I am brave enough to face the Delhi belly again would most definitely be staying here again! 😉 PB

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, a little small especially the bathroom but it was adequate for one night.

The junction before the hotel was very contested which made it difficult to get to.

You can't go wrong.

Second trip to India staying at Prime. Staff friendly and helpful. Mr John at front desk was most hospitable. Room clean. Excellent location to wander Old Delhi. Train station one block away. Generous buffet breakfast.

Some trouble arranging airport pickup. Twice messaged via booking dot com, even phoned up. Called to confirm and they didn't have my details. With second phone call gave details again. Car met me at airport so it worked out in the end.

It's my third time in this hotel. Whenever I come to Delhi I always like booking a room there. Although the rooms are somewhat old and could well use some face lift, I like coming there for mainly two reasons: (1) The hotel staff which are always and with no exception extremely polite, friendly, respectful and service oriented, way above the average. (2) The location, just a minutes walk away from the New Delhi station, very convenient with the direct fast subway from the airport, and trains to and from the rest of the country.
