Families rave about our location: we're within a delightful bike ride to the serene beach or historic Bridge Street, while the famed Cortez Fishing Village, dotted with seafood restaurants, is less than a mile away. Yet, the true magic of our property lies in its vibrant outdoor oasis that has guests returning year after year.
Here, you can bask in the warmth of our heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, and indulge in memorable BBQs with friends and family. "The pool and activities were awesome!" writes one guest. When the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit for starlit chats, or curl up with your loved ones on the couch for movie nights outside - our 65" TV brings the cinema to you.
Young ones, too, find endless entertainment at Cortez Cottage. Our range of beach toys, ping pong and cornhole keep you entertained for hours . "Our active family loved the outdoor games and watching movies outside!" notes another guest.
Inside, find your home away from home. Three beautifully furnished bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 guests: the master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is a children's paradise with two twin bunk beds and a trundle. There's also a pull-out couch with a full bed in the living room and a versatile beanbag that opens into a full bed.
At Cortez Cottage, your comfort is our priority. We've stocked the house with everything you need for a hassle-free vacation, so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying.
