Beautifully updated third-floor oceanfront condo with stunning views overlooking the promenade in beautiful Seaside, Oregon. Access by elevator or stairs. Walking distance to dining, shopping, & entertainment. Just a few steps to the promenade & beach. Enjoy your favorite Pacific Ocean activities: crabbing, clamming, fishing, beach-combing, kite flying, metal detecting, bonfires, beautiful sunsets, and plenty of relaxation! Or if you just want to build a sandcastle there is plenty of sand.

The bedroom has an ultra plush king size bed and 43" smart TV. There is also an en-suite bathroom with full-size tub and shower. There is an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower and bench seat off the entryway hall. Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion for your convenience.

The full kitchen includes an oven/range (new in November 2023), microwave, dishwasher, dinnerware (including toddler/young child plates, cups, and utensils), cookware, various utensils (such as a pizza cutter, wine bottle opener, can opener, etc), Instant Pot, a variety of spices, toaster, coffee for Keurig and drip coffee pot, popcorn and popcorn maker, and a table top s'mores maker (s'mores supplies not included.)

The living room has a queen size Murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in addition to a 55" 4k HD Smart TV, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs, an electric fireplace, a small selection of games and puzzles, and an Xbox 360 with two controllers and several games. There is also a private balcony with a coffee table, two chairs, and a love seat that overlook the promenade, beach, and ocean for your relaxation!

There is a coin-operated laundry room onsite for your convenience, but you do not need to wash any of the provided linens upon checkout.

This property has all you need for a beautiful ocean view stay. The owners have gone out of their way to furnish and decorate this condo to make your stay wonderful. I highly recommend this.

The condo is clean, updated, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes etc. There are condiments in the fridge, plus a traditional coffee maker and a separate Keurig machine. Coffee and filters are available, but you'll need to provide your own K-cups. There are plenty of board games in the closet. The view picture used on VRBO is accurate. You can't stay closer to the beach. The Lewis and Clark turnaround is one block away as is downtown Seaside. Excellent location.

Had a wonderful time at this unit. Great view and people watching with the prom outside the balcony. The bed (in the bedroom) is squishy, for those who may be interested. Plenty of great/helpful amenities too!

Ideal location with fantastic view and adorable decor with great kitchen with everything you could need! Just a few things - - bed mattress could be firmer / could use detailed instructions on how to use the TV / sliding screen on lanai very hard to move / and garbage-recycling outside was overflowing. But weather was good and we always enjoy the beach and Seaside!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and very comfortable bed. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Do need to replace some missing furniture (bar stools & chairs at the table). Otherwise very nice and would stay here again if planning to be in Oregon on the coast

Great location and view. Very clean. If you like a soft bed, you’ll love it. If you like a firm bed… Some minor things that they know about: Seat back to dining chair broken. Seat back to bar stool really broken. Towel rack in bedroom en suite broken. Checkout is 11am. We were taking things down to the car at 10:40 and closed the door. We were locked out. Luckily we had gotten everything out. If we would have left something inside or needed to use the bathroom one more time… Otherwise, we’d rent again!!! Thanks

great location and view. Much roomier than expected.Have always stayed at the Hi Tide - a couple doors down. this was more expensive but well worth it.The screen door was a challenge for the kids and the main bed mattress was way too soft- but we really enjoyed our stay.

Nicely updated condo - opening the curtains every day to see/hear the ocean and sit out on the deck was just what I needed! Kitchen is well equipped; two bathrooms is a plus for a one bedroom unit; decor is "beachy" and fun; two recliners were great to have; elevator makes for easy access. Not much closet space but enough to hang up a few things. I would stay there again for sure!

I brought my mom who is in her late 70’s for a short stay. This condo was perfect for her, as she had limited mobility issues. There was plenty of parking including a handicap spot. There was easy access to the unit via an elevator. The unit had wide enough entrances to get her walker around and it was perfect for us. We both loved the decor of the unit and were impressed with how well stocked it was. There was nothing that was missing. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of options for bedding and pillows. The location was perfect and my mom could enjoy the short , safe walk down the promenade to the center and sit and watch all the action at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental. Stephanie, our host was kind and courteous as well…she reached out before our and was available during (but we did not need anything)! 💕

This property was very clean and cutely decorated. All furniture, kitchen supplies and linens were new and stylish and we had everything we needed for a week at the beach. A nice fit for three adults and there is so much within walking distance. Host was very friendly and responded quickly to the booking. We will rent this property again and look forward to our next visit.

We had an outstanding experience. The condo was spotless and well stocked. The bathrooms were very good. After years of going to the Oregon coast, I can say confidently that are the best toilets in Seaside. They actually flush! The decor is flawless and fun. The highlight is the view. You can’t beat the view. We would definitely stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Seaside! The condo is perfectly located on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in town. The condo was clean, spacious and was equipped with everything one might need. The closet full of games and popular cable channels were appreciated as we visited in Nov and experienced one of those very unusual days when it decides to rain so much the roads are flooded. We still very much enjoyed our stay. We had one question during our stay and received a prompt response. We highly recommend choosing this spot for your stay in Seaside!
