The property is a mere two miles from the historic walled town of Tenby, boasting an array of award-winning beaches, a quaint harbour, overlooking Caldey, the beautiful monastic island, just a short a short boat ride away. This beautifully presented property is set over 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and outside dining areas.
Upon entrance to the property, you are greeted by the modern light and airy kitchen fitted with top of the range units and offering everything needed to cook up a storm. A central island provides a focal point for social gathering and a large stylish dining table with seats for eight also sits here. This large living and entertainment space features bifold doors leading out onto a beautiful garden area with a BBQ and table and chairs; the perfect space for those evening get togethers. Guests to Gower View will enjoy the luxury of a large lounge area, with an abundance of comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV.
Stairs in the hallway lead to the four bedrooms on the first floor. One of the rooms boasts a king size bed with an en-suite shower room. Two of the bedroom host double beds and the final a beautifully decorated bunk bed room perfect for the children. There is also a large family bathroom with a large bath/shower, toiler and hand basin.
Gower View really is a true gem in a highly sought after location not to be missed.
