About this apartment rental
Enjoy more space and amenities than a hotel room for a fraction of the price. Recently remodeled condo in Village of Loon. Right across the street from Loon Mountain, this resort has everything including multiple pools, saunas, hot tubs, a gym, a game room, and tennis and basketball courts. The condo itself includes:

Our unique location right on the scenic Kancamangus Highway and just 1 mile off exit 32 on I-93 gives you the conveniences of being in the center of town while experiencing all the adventures available in the heart of the White Mountains. There is easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, snow mobiling, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, leaf watching, canoeing, tubing, and swimming holes. A short drive will get you to the Lost River Gorge, Clark’s Trading Post, and Whale’s Tale Water Park. Mount Washington, Santa’s Village, and Story Land are less than an hour away.
We recommend that swimmers using the pools bring beach towels as pool towels are not provided.

Wonderful stay. The owner sent a detailed pdf about check in and when we had a little bump with the keypad not working,she helped us as soon as we called. The unit was clean and the location was perfect and easily walkable to the festival we were attending at Loon Mt. We would certainly stay here again the next time we're in Lincoln.

This was our first experience with a vrbo style rental and it went very smoothly. The unit was across the street from Loon Mountain and very close to Lincoln, NH. Property has 4 swimming pools, countless tennis courts and is off the highway so is very quiet. The unit was cozy as the ad stated and is very clean. We loved our time spent there.

Everything went seamlessly! Finding the location at nighttime was very easy thanks to the informative PDF the owners sent before our stay. Entering the code for the door was also really quick and easy. The entire place was spotless with fresh bedding and towels. Only downside is the bathroom is in the main bedroom which we didn’t realize before booking, totally could have been our oversight.

Great property
Great rental, more spacious than pictured. Good size for one family, bathroom is connected to the master. We loved the pools and walk ability to Loon resort and the Pemi river bike path. Kitchen is small but functional. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the laundry with detergent to do a quick load. We hope to come back again! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Great location, wonderful hosts
Lindsey's condo was a perfect landing spot for my family while in NH for a lacrosse tournament. It was easy to get to, in a great town with lots of options for dining and it was super clean. Lindsey went above and beyond with communication and support. Thanks so much!

Excellent base for day hikes in the White Mountain
Right across the street from Loon, this cozy two bedroom was a great base for hiking, and would be great in winter for easy access to Loon. Very tidy and clean, and great communication. Bedrooms, living room, and bathroom are nice. Kitchen is small but very functional.

Another fine stay
My wife and I returned here for the 2nd time to use the condo as a base for hiking. Once again, it was a perfect spot. The condo itself is very comforatble for two, and while tight in the kitchen, would be fine for a family. Also many good restaurants very close by.

loved the place
This was an AMAZING stay. Not just because of the mesmerizing surroundings but also because all the famous places that we wanted to explore were all within a very small radius. I stayed with my cousins and they loved the place too!
We are vegetarians and hence I presumed that we won't get much to eat there but we actually found some great restaurants around the stay.
Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

Condominium was located in a beautifully wooded area peaceful and comfortable

Great condo in great location
My husband and I stayed here for our 3year anniversary. We loved the place. It was very clean and newly renovated, it had everything we needed or wanted. We liked that it had a larger fridge, stove and a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the 2 indoor pools, the indoor and outdoor hot tub, gym and sauna. The owner of the condo is very nice he responded to all my emails quickly and gave us some recommendations on where to eat in the area. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The photos and the reviews of the property are accurate. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient for visiting the tourist sites and for local hikes. If you want a quite get away this is the place for you.

Great Family get away.
The condo was nice clean, and had easy instructions on checking in. The kitchen was smaller then what we are use to, but we had fun with it and managed to cook every meal with ease.
The kids loved the pool area, and I especially enjoyed running the bike path at the entrance. The pool schedule was different then years past due to lack of help but we made the best of it!
We have also stayed at other condos in this facility all of which have zero AC. This one does and it works great!

Perfect location
We just returned from our short summer vacation and the unit could not have been more perfect..it was a 1 minute walk to 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools which my kids loved. The unit was well equipped and clean. Check in was smooth and we were provided with clear instructions…I couldn’t have had a better trip and we are already looking forward to returning for ski season! Thanks so much for an amazing rental

Perfection
I was looking for a place to spend a few days with my daughter in Lincoln and the pricing for this rental was in line with other places to stay but this condo has the privacy that others do not. It was the perfect place for the 2 of us to stay at. We enjoyed the pools/hot tubs for hours. It was a great place to relax after long days of visiting tourist areas. I have not slept as well in a very long time. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Bill was there for us throughout our stay answering questions that we had. We cannot wait to stay here again. We had an amazing time. Thank you so much Bill!

Great facility for a family
The rental and check in process was seamless. All information was provided and everything was as described. The place was spotless when we got there and had everything we needed as a home base for a few days of white mountain wandering.

Great Place
We loved it here! The condo was just the right size and felt cozy. The kitchen is a bit cramped but we managed. The kids loved the arcade and the pools. Close to lots of great places, such as the basin, Franconia notch, the Flume, and so much more. Double check the availiblity you want to do because they may be closed for the season.

We loved our stay here, all of our favorite hikes were within 15 minutes of the property. A quiet and peaceful play to get away.

Perfect Columbus Day weekend
Our family had a perfect weekend in Lincoln during Columbus Day weekend. The unit was exactly as described and just what we needed. The pool was a short walk across the street and Loon mountain was so accessible and easy for lots of fun fall activities. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Great mountain house
This was our first trip to New Hampshire, it was a great experience. We were in communication with Bill throughout the check in process and prior. The house was immaculate upon arrival and everything was thoroughly and accurately described. There were several great restaurants in town just a few minutes away. The pool and amenities were clean and the staff friendly. Overall an amazing time. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

Fine mountain getaway
Perfect spot for access to mountains. There were only 2 of us, but it would sleep a family of 5 comfortably. Small kitchen, so cooking for 5 could be a challenge. And bathroom is off of one bedroom, so best for a family.
