Good value for money for a short stay

Very clean, sufficient equipment in the room, quite neighborhood, friendly and helpfully staff. Thank you

The beds are not very comfortable and there was a continuous noise most probably from the ventilation system due the wind outside.

Price-performance is very well,

The location is very well, there is a beach approx 600m, also there is a market very near 600 m. Our room is very comfortable. We make our breakfaat at the room, you can find the the tools you need.

The rooms were verry clean, there was a strong hairdryer.

There wasn, t water at all. After 5 minutes, the water stopped, and we were waiting until it comes again. It was, t nice, because we were coming after beach.

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, the bed and the mattrasse were very comfortable! The place was clean, towels, slippers and bathroom amenities had been prepared for us. The fridge was good and silent, we did not use anything else in the kitchen. Also, there is a nice balcony to enjoy. Our contact person, Stavros, was very helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking is right in front of the unit.

The rooms are either not soundproof or the other guests were extremely loud, banging doors at night for an extended period of time. Since the Front Desk was already closed, there was no one to instruct them to keep it down. Other than that, all good.

we've stayed on room 4, it was spacious, tidy, clean. balcony on the front was good for smoke and cathing a breathe. when we arrived the parkng spaces seems full due to we are late but street parking is legal on the site so that wasn't an issue.

Relaxing evening outside of Alexandropolis.

Quiet and secure apartment outside of the city. Great for family gatherings and reunions. Clean and comfy.

Polite staff, big and clean room with everything necessary. Good location in quite neighbourhood. Near to the beach, stores, tavern and bakery.

We had a pretty late check-in, host helped us with it and stayed contact although it was very late. Clean, sufficient place to stay.

Exceptional quality considering the low price. Mindblasting.

Amazing experience. Very helpful staff. Didn't have to meet them which was great, as I'm a big misanthrope. Their support through booking.com was exceptional. The room was very nice, spacious and well laid out. Bathroom great. Kitchenette great. I love the balcony. I would definitely stay again!

the room was really big. Very good internet signal. Very friendly staff. I had a room with terrace.

The price is to big, unfortunately the whole area is very expensive. The location is far away from everything, but if you travel by car this may not be a problem.

The size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4, fairly close to the shops and beech, clean, quite and comfortable. Free WiFi, clean towels every 2 days. Very friendly and polite owners,

My modest, affordable and cosy home away from home.

Very cosy, like a house, you’ll find everything you need (ie: glasses, plates, cutlery, kettle, etc.) in the room. It was cold outside (8 degrees) and it was quite hot inside the room. The owner and his wife are polite, very helpful, wonderful people. He helped me with my car when it broke down a km away from the hotel, he literally fixed the car all by himself. Used his own car’s battery to revive my car and helped me get back to the hotel. I will always and only stay there everytime I go to Alexandroupoli which is like twice a year. So till next time, take care my friend, see you later.
