About this villa rental

Make yourself at home in this totally independent villa with private heated pool located in one of the best areas of Lanzarote, a spectacular house fully equipped for a dream holiday.

It has a large private terrace with shaded area and a glazed garden in the back area. Outside you will find a shower area and also a barbecue on the terrace to enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner, everything is comfortable!

The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms with air conditioning . One double bedroom with a 1.80m x 1.90m bed and en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a second bathroom with bathtub.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything necessary for gastronomy lovers, the house has all the usual electrical appliances so that you don't miss anything. From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace, so preparing a picnic while your family enjoys a bath is very easy and comfortable.

Separate washing machine room.

Villalia Julia also offers all the services you need during your holidays! Wifi service, Smart TV, 55 inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning, complete outdoor furniture (hammocks, chairs, table and parasol) and 2 safes. This accommodation is equipped with an individual garage and private and independent entrance.

Located just 2 kilometres from the beach, close to interesting places such as Los Hervideros and Timanfaya National Park and with views of the sea, Los Ajaches Natural Monument and Montaña Roja, Villa Julia is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Lanzarote.

Lovely villa. Modern and cosy. Kitchen well equipped. Pool was warm. Lovely outside sitting area, especially in the evening, used it every evening! The team were always at the end of the phone and so very quick to remedy a few wee issues and queries we had. Always pleasant and service with a smile. The car was always under cover too, so out of the sun. Although the villa is in a gated complex the villa grounds could not be secured as the garage door didn't work. The main bathroom could do with an update, shower had no pressure and wasn't thermostatic (but we all just used the ensuite shower which was fabulous). The only local shop had a very poor selection. Not a problem though as we'd a car. All that said we would definitely stay again

Great property, accurately represented on the site. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are basically furnished but the rest of the property is presented to a high standard and well equipped. The main bedroom and en-suite are very spacious. The outdoor space is huge for a villa of this size and the garage parking was very convenient. A welcome pack was provided which was appreciated.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans cette superbe maison. Avec un accueil chaleureux et une hospitalité rare. La maison a beau être dans un quartier résidentiel privé il n’y a quasiment pas de vis à vis. La piscine est chauffée et très agréable. Nous avons eu à notre disposition un lit pour bébé et une chaise haute. Enfin les propriétaires étaient très réactifs lorsque nous avions des questions. Sans hésiter nous recommandons cette maison!

wir sind bereits das dritte mal in dieser Villa. Bereits beim letzten Mal gab es defekte Inventare und abgenutzte Einrichtungen. In diesem Jahr kam noch eine Ameisenplage im und um das Haus herum dazu. Dies ging bis in die Betten der Schlafzimmer. Kurzum waren wir sehe enttäuscht von dieser Villa. Wir werden diese Villa Julia nicht mehr buchen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen JW

abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Julia con tutta la famiglia la persona di riferimento è sempre stata gentile e disponibile la villa si trova in un quartiere ai piedi della collina vulcanica di Playa Blanca , gode di un ottimo spazio esterno ed ampie camere interne , a pochi minuti dal centro ma in zona tranquilla Non ho dato 5 stelle solo perchè avrebbe bisogno di piccole manutenzioni che la renderebbero perfetta Detto questo la consiglio per il vostro soggiorno in questa bellissima Isola , io ci ritornerei Giovanni Marzo 2019

Excellent villa

The instructions how to get there were clear. We were very pleased with the property, on our arrival the villa was very clean. Likewise the pool/patio/garden area was spotless. Lots of space both inside and outside and the property was not overlooked by other villas. The walk to centre/port area took around 30 minutes, being downhill all the way made it seem easy, we hired a taxi for our return and this was a very reasonable 5 euro. The front and port area of Playa Blanca is lovely with lots of nice restaurants, all have very reasonable prices. We hired a car for our stay and driving around the island was very easy with excellent roads. Some observations, not complaints. The outside lighting in the patio area did not work so we had to eat inside. Washing machine and appliance instructions would have been useful. We would recommend the property and we would also return again. Danny & Moira Stroud
