Ideal für einen Städtetrip

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Philippe und Perfecto empfangen. Auf einem Stadtplan markierten sie alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und gaben uns Restauranttipps. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher im Flur unterstellen. Für das erste Frühstück war schon vorgesorgt - einfach super! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich nahe der Altstadt, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Für Selbstversorger ist alles vorhanden.

Das Schlafzimmer im Souterrain ist kühl, aber wir hatten auch das Gefühl, dass es etwas klamm war. Allerdings steht ein Heizlüfter zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren etwas weich bzw. durchgelegen.

Ótima opção para quem visita Dijon

Gostamos de tudo: localização, limpeza, conforto, disponibilidade de eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha. Ótima opção de hospedagem para quem visita Dijon. Phillippe nos recebeu no horário marcado e teve a gentileza de disponibilizar itens para o café da manhã. Recomendamos!

Deixo registrada a informação de que o quarto fica no subsolo, o que pode ser um problema para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Para nós, foi tranquilo.

Bon emplacement , très bien équipé , hôte très accueillant

Très bon accueil Équipement au top Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous prévoir le petit déjeuner (lait, beurre, confiture, café, jus d’orange )

Nous n’avions pas réalisé que la chambre était en sous sol et que les toilettes étaient à l’étage

Ideal gelegen zum Erkunden von Dijon

Ein gut ausgestattetes, zentrumsnah gelegenes Appartement mit allem, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Parken in der Umgebung war unproblematisch, eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt lagen gleich um die Ecke.

Wie häufig in Frankreich war die Matratze zu weich.

A delightful and very clean apartment with thoughtful provisions for our arrival. Lovely to meet our host.

Our host, Perfecto, met us at the property, he had provided us with a lot of thoughtful extras including some fresh fruit. He also helped us to store our bicycles securely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We liked that the bedroom was downstairs, it was cool, dark and quiet, perfect for sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated being able to use the washing machine. For us it was an easy walk to the old city of Dijon.

A lovely and comfortable spot from which to explore a beautiful town

This place is an absolute delight. Philippe the host was exceptionally welcoming, gave us a full tour of the facilities and recommended places to visit and eat. He also left a basket of supplies (bread, milk, juice, coffee etc.) The accommodation is spacious and beautifully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is in a downstairs basement, lovely and cool as we visitied in the July heat. The property is in a gated courtyard off the street for added security. The old town centre is just a short walk away. It's a beautiful town with a mixture of medieval, classical and modern architectures, so you don't know what to expect every time you turn a corner.

Comfortable stay in Dijon

Communication with Philippe, the host, was easy, and we were even allowed an early check-in. The apartment is more than enough for a very comfortable stay in Dijon - close to the city centre and in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

The Wi-Fi connection doesn't work in the bedroom (which is in the basement).

Do not miss the opportunity to stay here! Darling Apartment close to everything!

We traveled for a month through France and Dijon was one of our favorite! The apartment was darling! Very spacious and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The bonus was that it was a very short walk to the main city center so getting around was a breeze. You could easily walk everywhere and if you needed to drop stuff back at the apartment after shopping it wasn't a big deal. The apartment was equipped with so many little 'extras'. Milk and OJ in the fridge, welcome cookies and baguette on the counter. So thoughtful. Parking on the street was even easy and not expensive. If ever we get back, we will definitely stay here again! HIGHLY recommend!! And if you do go to Dijon, be sure to take the class the TI offers on how to make mustard. That was so much fun!!

Exceptional

Apartment is just amazing - it has everything you could ever need during your stay. Position is very good, just 5 minutes walking from the city centre and paid parking is available around the area. Special mention to the nice thoughts from the hosts of leaving fresh bread, jam, juice and milk for breakfast!

I don’t believe it is clear in the apartment description that bedroom is in the basement - apartment is on 2 floors with kitchen/living area and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom underground.

Great property, well appointed and fantastic location giving easy access to the old Dijon city.

Great location and a lot of thought was given to providing extra comfort. There was even milk, water and juice in the fridge and cookies for us to consume.

The wifi in the bedroom was weak.

Exceptional

Nice, clean Appartment, 10 minutes walking to the historical center. Parking places available at the area (4euro per day). All facilities also in the kitchen, were there. Everything did go fine.

We felt safe and were able to enjoy centre ville Dijon, in spite of the lock.

The location was great. Cleanliness was good! Decor was fine.

The upstairs was hot and the lock on the door was difficult. It was a struggle to lock and unlock the apartment.

Nice and close to the city center

The position and the quality/price ratio are definitely a plus. Flexible (checkin time) and nice host, late and super easy checkout, breakfast for the first morning, good coffee machine with several capsules, quiet location.

Several details not really matching the extremely high ranking (apartment renewed but only partly, door tent falling off all the time, no real place for clothes both upstairs and downstairs, uncomfortable stair to go downstairs, feeling "to be in a cellar" downstairs due to lack of daylight, reception by the host nice but nothing special, so not as it was described by other guests).

Superb

The place has decent size and all the important amenities. The host was very nice, helped us to check in early and kept some food items in the apartment. Its close to the train station. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and found it great value for money.

The sofa-bed in living room is not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Room was much more spacious than the photos showed. Two floors. Spacious kitchen. Friendly host. Close walk to the centre. Can't ask for more. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place

The appartment is very spacious and so much prettier than on the pictures! It has a living room, very functional kitchen and modern bathroom on the ground floor level and a sleeping room downstairs with a little window, just perfect to have a good night without any noise. We were nicely greeted, got a good recommendation for a restaurant and there was even food and coffee for us there. Would highly recommend this place! Very good value for price!!

The bed sags a bit.

Warm welcome, very pretty place with a great location in a very nice city

The flexibility of our host has been highly appreciated! We loved the apartment and the nice attention from Philippe, like fresh bread and some things for the breakfast were already in the fridge as well as fruits. Really nice flat with nice decoration.

Good balance of the value and money.

It was a very nice stay. The hosts were very kind, they met us and explained basic things about the city, restaurants etc. The location of the apartment is great, 10 min to reach the city center and the huge food market. We were granted welcome wine, baguette and some other food in the fridge. The city itself is awesome. The food you can find on the market is delicious. If you want to have a kind of gastro-tour that definitely the right place to visit.

The mattress was too soft for us.

Exceptional

Friendly owner! Bread, jam and coffee when we arrived. All facilities that you need in this cozy and nice apartment, close (approximately 5 min walk) to the historic center of Dijon. Child friendly! Parking in front of the door on the street for less than 5 euro a day.
