It was good just need improvement with the drainage and the bed and pillow

I like the location of the hotel and the staffs were really friendly.

I think there is a problem with the drainage system in the toilet.

well i love tye place and the location its very easy access to public transport, malls etc.

OMG the location and the staff are so very accommodating and always on smile at you they are very helpful in everything.

the windows are all close there is no fresh air coming in.

Very nice location close to SM and other shopping mall，you can easily find the thing you want to eat.

The room can be noisy in the night due to close to the main street，you can hear the cars and motors all night.

super comfy room- quiet yet its a stone’s throw away to SM megamall

the room was comfy-exceeded expectations however the room was never made up . If not for this I would hve rated exceptional throughout

Place was clean and the room was spacious!

The door of the mini fridge was broken and the fridge itself wasn’t very cold. I also couldn’t get the shower warm but the pressure was very good.

Many variations, the dishes changed everyday. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Shangrila, Shaw, Megamall.

Cleanliness of the facilities, staff was very friendly, accommodating, location of the hotel was great.

Its not that I did not like, but that I prefer a much firmer mattress for my bed. The room, though clean and functional, showed wear and tear by way of wallpaper starting to peel, rips and tears on the wallpaper under tv, drywall cracked at entrance to restroom. I must add though that my "eye" for seeing flaws is based on my training and experience as a hotel manager here in Guam. So my praises and constructive criticism is soundly and logically based.

As usual, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Staff are really nice and accommodating.

Stayed here for 3x already. It is in the heart of Ortigas, near Shangrila and podium and even megamall. Room is big, clean and cozy.

We have stayed at the jinjlang now 3 times always been a pleasure to stay there Staff are always pleasant & ready too help you Breakfast is adequate Rooms are clean & tidy Overall a decent hotel too stay at

Our flight was later in We got in touch say it would probably be gone midnight...No problem they replied

Cozy and restful, as I hoped it would be.

It was a hassle-free check-in. And the in-house resto was nice. Location is so convenient (within walking distance from Edsa Shangrila, Megamall, and the Podium). The sheets were so comfy, too!

I was just surprised that the fridge was empty. Looks like they don’t provide for-purchase food items and beverage inside the room, which would have been nice for those who check in late and are too tired to go out for food.

- clean - fast wifi - good location - accommodating staffs - and their food is good. Batchoy tagalog is suberb👌
