Nada. Realmente todo estuvo MUY MAL.
Lo único bueno del lugar son los empleados (que no los propietarios) donde se puede ver claramente el trato que le dan a sus empleados.
El Lio Villas Resort es una estafa.
Las fotos que se ven en Booking NO son para nada REALES, si os fijais bien son renders!!
No caigais en la estafa que sufrimos mi marido y yo por nuestra luna de miel. Lio Villas Resort, es una estafa descarada.
3 días antes de llegar el hotel contactó con nosotros para informarnos que la habitación que habíamos reservado había tenido una incidencia y nos iban a colocar en otra (ahí está la estrategia del fraude).
A pesar de lo que costó llegar a El Nido, llegamos con la ilusión de pasar unos días tranquilos en el supuesto resort que habíamos reservado.
No obstante, al llegar vimos que lo que habíamos reservado era completamente diferente a lo que nos estaban dando. Adjunto fotos para que podáis juzgar vosotros mismos. A parte de que las instalaciones son completamente una estafa, la habitación que nos dieron estaba en unas condiciones de limpieza denigrantes: las sábanas estaban manchadas, había pelos por todas partes, el baño estaba muy sucio. Hay que añadir a esto que ningún solo día limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las sábanas sucias ni las toallas, aun habiéndolo pedido.
La segunda noche mientras dormíamos nos cayó encima excrementos de reptiles que habitaban con nosotros en la habitación. Y el tercero los fuertes ruidos del animal DENTRO de la habitación nos impidieron dormir. Teníamos 4 noches reservadas y pagadas en ese alojamiento, pero nos fuimos antes debido la deplorable situación.
El Lío es una zona cerca de la playa que se caracteriza por su playa de arena blanca, varios restaurantes, bares y tiendas, muy muy lejos de la ubicación que el Lio Villas Resort tiene y pretende engañar con el nombre, en medio de un barrio de lugareños donde el segurata del hotel debe llevar pistola por la noche.
Evita a toda costa este hotel si no quieres arruinar tu viaje a El Nido.

The location was good. It is close to the Lio airport which is why we’ve chosen it. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. My kids who absolutely love basketball got to play with the local kids too nearby. The street comes to life at night, street food and all. Lio beach is close by (one trike ride) and offers a variety of restaurants.
The pool, although unfinished, is still amazing.
Rooms were clean and staff are friendly. We loved the vibe of the restaurant area and the garden too.
Minor feedbacks:
The AC in the second room we had was extremely loud. As a migraine sufferer, this was inconvenient.
When we arrived, it was smoky in our room. We understand it is very common to burn rubbish here but the smoke lingered in the room for a few hours.
The menu at the restaurant is very limited.
They offer five options for lunch and dinner.
You have to pre order breakfast for the following day which half of it were not available.
I think for a growing accommodation like this, you need a fully functioning and skilled people in the kitchen. As a result, we’re often out to eat at other places.
You’d have to leave your keys if you wanted your room cleaned which we were not told at the start. We’ve gone for days without our room cleaned.
The day before we checked out, there were construction happening above us as they continue to build more rooms and make improvements. It made it difficult to rest during the day which was annoying.

This accommodation was fine for a one night stay. It’s a convenient location for El Nido airport and Lio beach. The rooms where fairly clean and reasonably comfortable. It’s a good sized pool and warm, lovely after a day in the sun.
The property felt quite tired and in need of a spruce up. The rooms didn’t feel particularly homey and the hotel didn’t have much atmosphere (albeit the gardens are well tended to). For us the location was fine as we were using it as a brief stay before flying from El Nido airport but it would likely be a bit of a pain if you spent a long time there as you’d need to walk to catch a tricycle into town.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. We had an amazing view outside our room. Breakfast are delicious! Our first Philippine holiday and we expected less. It was amazing I will definitely come back and also would recommend

Rooms was clean and decent a bit far from the city but it s great for sleeping and resting cos you dont heat noise of tricycles
coctails was not standart it was too soft most of the times. and if you book a boat tour from hotel they charge almost %50 more from the normal price. but staff is take care for everythings like booking bus or renting scooter etc

amazing place with a fantastic array of tropical plants. Great swimming pool amazingly clean. The rooms were spectacular, large, clean and beautifully spacious. The bed was wonderfully comfortable.

the place is well-designed and just beautiful with the pool centrally located. room is large and comfortable. If I visit El Nido again, I would stay there for sure.

The fact it's not in El Nido town and is very quiet , peaceful and relaxing.

The location is a little way off the the main road and for the last few metres the road isn't concrete, so it's a bit rough in a tricycle, but other than that, nothing, it was lovely

The amenities were good. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was really nice.
We stayed for 2 nights, and left our key on the reception every time we left the hotel. Although no one came to clean or at least change the towels. The breakfast didn’t have many options.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place, basically didn't hear any humming at night, and slept well. The staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of guidance especially when they knew I was traveling alone. The hotel is well equipped, and you can ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. If you are a person who needs a quiet space, it is very suitable for a small residence here.

Stay in El nido town but to loud so looked for quiet place. Found Lio villas and was very nice for us as was clean and staff was very friendly to me and wife.
Rooms are clean and nice and food in restaurant good also.

Marc is the best guy who knows how to take care of every thing, despite the lack of availability of food and drinks during the arrival of guests. He took care of us providing alternative way of meeting our needs like food deliveries, and additional information about el nido.
Upon arrival, first room was not cleaned to standard. But was provided an alternative. Which was a lot better. No food at lunch and dinner. Had to order take away a lot.

Beautiful pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff
We had to cancel part of our booking due to an emergency and the owners refused to give a refund. They did not even reply to multiple requests for a refund. Very disappointed.

Bed and room space is okay.
The location is unfortunate. No van will take us there without additional charge. We needed to grab a tricycle to take us to the pick up/drop off point. nothing nice in the surrounding areas. getting dinner must always be planned.
They don’t have basic needs during breakfast. They will charge you for drinks such as juice and milk which are standard breakfast inclusions. ordering a coca cola took them 45 minutes. they have to buy everything as requested so it will eat up your time.
We found some insects including spiders and cockroach in the room.
All this inconvenience for quite a pricey accommodation.

the room itself was nice
this hotel does not preparing well welcoming the guests. When I arrive at the hotel, there was no one on lobby, I need to go inside of the property and find the staff, and they just excusing that owner is not here, can not checkin. I was so disappointed from the beginning.

It's a good place to relax, it has It's own pool. Good size of the room,.not too small nor too big.
The parking space is not big enough for two cars.

The staff are amazing Frankie, Carmela & Cecile went out of their way to make our stay as good as it can be! The managing staff are doing a very good job to get this place up & running after the pandemic, thanks also go to Myleene & Jon Jon. Keep up the good work all of you!

Far away from the beach. problem power electric hotel. turn off power. Air con was not working. Not so clean room and missing hairdryer we need to asked them and got hairdryer. room need new paint. they don’t want service breakfast early morning on our last day travel home. disappointed and thought it was a good hotel like pictures. we will not take this hotel again.

The staff is absolutely great! The owner should be much more grateful and finally give them a decent salary.
The rooms were moldy and smelly. They were also not really clean. Overall this place needs some major renovation. The owner was not at all cooperative.

Rooms were cozy despite the insects/mosquitoes.
Breakfast was so-so, but it's decent.
Staffs were nice and accommodating.
Their dog (Shaiyan) is very welcoming too! :D
I didn't like the insects/mosquitoes. Shower has no curtain. Complementary water bottles are given upon request. Room curtain had a lot of insects hanging around. Room doesn't smell nice or newly cleaned.

Quiet place. Clean and spacious room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They prepared food for me off the menu to accommodate my dietary restriction. I had a drink one night at the bar and had a great conversation with the property managers.

Great attentive staff, well trained. Excellent food, even with power cuts happening from time to time. Good portions and well-stocked bar too. Great pool and surroundings, laid back music and a really nice vibe about the place. Quiet and secluded. 3 days here max though, else you will get bored easily
Sometimes the food was not available, not their fault as everything comes from Manila, and that cant be helped. Prepared to get muddy if it rains, roads are incomplete here but thats not a major problem, they will be concrete before long
