About this apartment rental

We propose to you to the rent, ideally located on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment renovated in 2017 and 2022 with sight sea and on the marina, with 150 meters of the beach, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, pressure cooker, pancake and raclette machine...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
On the mezzanine :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Marina located at 170 m (2 minutes on foot)
- Juno Beach Museum located at 500 m (6 minutes on foot)

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the apartment (small parking lot next to the building and parking spaces on Marine-Dunkerque street).

- Bus: green bus Nomadcar Line 3: Annelles, Courseulles sur mer, Caen train station. Monday to Saturday.
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located 20 km away (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport located at 20 km (29 minutes by car).

Other remarks :
- Small animals are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15 €.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost upon request to the concierge. Sheets : 15 € / bed ; towels : 6 € / person ; tea towel : 2 € / unit ; bath mat : 3 € / unit.

Aux beaux coquillages "🙂 Great location and the information provided was excellent. 🙁 The only thing was that it was up 4 flights of stairs which if you had a mobility issue would have been a problem. It might be worth adding it to the summary, for us it didn’t detract from the stay and we would stay again"
