If you are looking for a good night's sleep, don't stay here.

Not much.....

Where to begin! No parking....had to pay $30 to valet which was not explained at the time of booking. VERY LOUD! LOUD cars revving engines and drunk people on the street until 3am. We only got about 3 hours of sleep before having to fly our very early the next morning. Total waste of money. The room was stuffy when we arrive and took over 30 minutes to cool down. Not prepared for someone staying there. Lots of bright flashing lights from the smoke detector which illuminated the room all night long as well. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the TV in the room next door. Just a complete terrible experience all around.

It's fine

Location, breakfast, cleanliness. The sectional couch in the room was super cozy. The bed was comfortable.

It's a new hotel, but many of the fixtures and furniture are cheap and already damaged. The room was a little noisy. The walls seem thin. They provide ear plugs if that's any indication. I'm glad they did, otherwise I might now have slept as well as I did.

Highly disappointing

Yvonne, the kitchen staff racially profiled and verbally assaulted a guest. I witnessed, saw and overhead everything that was stated. The front desk staff was dismissive and condescending to this guest and Jadon the manager was not helpful. His responses were inflammatory and caused unnecessary escalation. This whole exchange made everyone at the breakfast area disturbed and uncomfortable. The staff was more concerned that a non guest may be trying to get a free breakfast and in turn will lose a good deal of business because of the way staff handled it. Yvonne had NO business yelling at any person and if you want to make sure guests only eat breakfast then verify room cards with every single guest. This was awful.

Nice hotel but loud annoying music at the pool area

Nice modern property in a great location with helpful staff

Very loud music at the deserted pool. They apparently couldn’t turn it down even after we asked. Very annoying. It was hard to talk and read because of the very loud music. Why do they need to play loud music EVERYWHERE???

The hotel was very clean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Street noise was excessive. The hotel even announced that they provide ear plugs and white noise machines to help drown out the street noise. This hotel may not be the perfect choice for those looking for peace and quiet.

It was very clean and the room was really nice

The room we were given was right next to the area where the breakfast was located so starting at 6 am every morning we were woken up by the sound of people in there moving their chairs. If I stay again I would ask for a room not next to the dining area.

Everything was great except for the parking issue

Nice Location and Facilities minus the thing I didn’t like

Not sure if the $30 valet parking was somewhere in the fine print, but that was very disappointing. It was that or take my chances with a spot out on the street or do a private parking garage 2 blocks away for damn near the same $30.

The cleaning part was not good. I stayed for 10 days and although they changed towels, they never vacuum the floors or cleaned the restroom floor. Never changed the linen as well. They also have a nonsensical system to charge that keeps putting additional money on hold for long stays, messing up with credit card limits, holding money from your account and taking severely long time (8 days!) to sort things out. The money on hold was not given back to me up to now. Still waiting.

Super friendly staff. Great location! Highly recommended for a short stay.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bed was beyond comfortable and the wifi connection was great. Didn't hear a sound from the local bars or restaurants. A/C was also perfect temperature although it did turn on and off every once in a while.

There was a slight peek of light coming from the window that hit directly onto the pillows on the bed which forced me to get up way too early. Also there was no bottled water in the room to make tea or coffee or just to hydrate. That was a bit disappointing.

this is a newly built hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The room was really big with a little couch and desk. The continental breakfast was very good with many options. It is located in downtown Gainesville so it is close to everything.

since the hotel is in downtown Kingsville, it can get noisy on the weekends and Friday nights because of music from the bars nearby.

Excellent location and amenities

Excellent breakfast choices. The pool included a fire pit and had the infinity pool style edges. It was long enough to swim laps. The hotel was located in the middle of downtown near the best bars and restaurants.

Upon arrival, the valet service was confusing, but it got better. They require you to go inside to request the valet upon arrival, but the front desk staff seemed unaware of that policy. When we stopped in the street by the valet stand and no one came to get the car, I called the front desk and was told to wait there with hazard lights on. After half an hour, another car pulled up behind me, got out and went inside to request the valet, and he came out immediately. The valet said that I should have gone inside to request the service, as the other car had, and took care of the other car before mine. After that one bad experience, the valet service worked very well with an easy text link for requesting the vehicle.

Nice comfortable place that is modern

Newness, decor, breakfast is the best I have had for free breakfast included in the room price.

They try to encourage the 30.00 per day caller parking and really push it on people. Check in area looks like an afterthought and had a mix up checking in that prolonged my tiresome day.

A "resort" feel in the middle of downtown Gainesville!

Everything about it!!!!!!! From the moment we pulled in the parking space, the valets had us at hello. The facility was absolutely beautiful and breathtakingly incredible! The staff was amazing! I can't even describe how nice the room was. It was immaculate! Just when we thought it couldn't get nicer, the breakfast was everything!!!!!! Please walk across the street and eat at Relish. You won't regret it! This accommodation overall needs 10 stars! We will be back soon.
