Our family had a wonderful stay at MO, we stayed two nights and were sad to leave. Our room was amazing, the staff could not have been more kind, esp Aaron, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is elegant without being pretentious. We will return. Munich is a lovely city!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During our stay, our packages, which contained cherished items such as our favorite pastries, fruit, nuts, chocolates, and a pair of my wife’s glasses, were mistakenly thrown into the garbage. These items were a collection of small treasures we had gathered during our travels across Europe. Initially, the cleaning crew denied any wrongdoing, and the hotel manager treated us poorly, refusing to accept responsibility. After hours of arguing, the hotel finally offered minimal financial compensation, which barely covered our losses. On the final day of our stay, we felt unsafe and experienced the worst hospitality we have ever encountered. This unfortunate incident has drastically changed our perception of the Mandarin Oriental brand, which we once loved.

We tried to book the spa in advance. It was not possible. When we arrived there was no availability because the spa is not inhouse and it is really small sp there never would have possible to have a nice massage or a nice spa relaxing experience. It would have been nice to know this in advance so we could have checked for other massage/spa in the area but when we realised this it was to late. The staff at the hotel was really and great service.

Always an excellent stay at a Mandarin Oriental! This one in Munich is such an exquisite place, away from the tourist apots yet close to Marienplatz and MaximillianstraBe. Premium Deluxe Room on the 4/F had great space. Bathroom all electronic! Didnt want to get out of the shower! Service superb, from Concierge, Front desk and Restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Nice double windows - very quiet, can’t hear a thing in the suite! Service was average, especially concierge service. Not knowledgeable or particularly helpful.

This is an excellent hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms, very convenient location, friendly and attentive staff and wide variety of food at breakfast service. The bedding was very high quality and we had a fantastic sleep's night which was extremely comfortable. All around a very nice experience and in my opinion the best hotel in Munich

Everything was as we would expect from a European luxury hotel. Most important was the personal service from all staff members, including the desk staff, bell staff and concierge. Our room was large and well-appointed. The bath was also large with modern fixtures and plush linens.

We arrived in Munich early the day of our check in and we’re offered a rest on the roof terrace of the hotel which we excepted gladly particularly on a beautiful sunny day overlooking the city of Munich. It was so beautiful we almost reluctantly checked in when called that our room was ready.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mandarin Oriental Munich. Impeccable service right from the first time we stepped out of the taxi that brought us to the hotel. Highest level of hospitality by all staff and the room was spacious and well-maintained with a superb mini bar selection which was complimentary. There was also a yoga mat available for use in the room. The breakfast experience at the restaurant was also impressive. Will definitely make a return visit to MO if we are in Munich.

I have traveled internationally for over 20 years and the Mandarin Oriental Munich was the best ever experience. The staff went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were pampered - not just satisfied. As an example, when my wife became ill, the room service hostess suggested and delivered on her own a mixture of herbs and fruit in a tea blend that was wonderful. Nothing was too hard for the staff at any time day or night. The location can not be beat as everything you could possibly want or to do is easily within walking distance. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Excellent hotel. All Staff including the Manager were attentive, made you feel welcomed and special in their attention to detail.The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was excellent. There was just nothing amiss. I would recommend them to anyone.
