I’ve never seen a worse hotel or motel in my life. It was truly disgusting and looked like nobody had cleaned it in months. Had I not been in an emergency during a holiday weekend I would’ve left immediately.

When we opened door to room , the smell was terrible, had to go eat in the truck cause it was getting me sick to my stomach. Put a soap in the vent to help with smell. Bathtub was horrible. Thought I was going to fall through the bottom floor and every time I moved it would move. My husband seen whiskers coming out and moving in the door hole (picture shown), went to make coffee, I almost lost my mind at the sight of the coffee maker. Never been in a room like this. Was horrible, was gonna leave but we were so tired of traveling and working all day that we didn’t have energy to haul our things to find another place, like some other customers did.

This place went down hill. They either changed ownership or don't care. Our first room wasnt clean and had blood on the comforter. The tub was disconnected from the caulk and buckled in. The second room had so much mold on the ceiling we were all sick. And to top it off, there were 2 crime scene cops there when we woke up Monday morning. Dont stay here.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t book here. The room smelled like mildew and the floors were sticky. Immediately I noticed that the sheets were not clean on one bed. The shower was disgustingly dirty and stained all over. Only stayed one night and regretted it.

I stayed a week and my room was not cleaned, and when it was cleaned the towels and wash clothes were not replaced with clean ones I had to go get clean ones myself from the front desk

had to book this hotel super quick after a miscommunication with our planned hotel. the pictures looked great, but it was definitely not the same when we got there. it did not seem like they properly cleaned the rooms, we had stains on our sheets, and there were roaches in the rooms.

Checked in late, given not 1 but 2 rooms with no functional tv. 3rd room was a few doors down from a large barking dog. All 3 rooms smelled like mildew. A plus was large, comfy bed, another plus was the size of the room.

We checked into our room on the 10th and noticed how dirty our room was, hair on the wall, toilet and sink dirty! Bath tub was terrible! A/c unit was so noisy! I already spoke with the front desk about checking out immediately and returning our money. Front desk told me that he did reverse the transaction, so all our money should have been returned but he stated that hotels.com would need to put this back on our card as he did the transaction on his part! I have contacted the hotel and the website hotel.com but still no money has been returned! We really need this cleared up asap as we had to find another place to stay for our New Orleans trip! Please let me know if I need to do anything else to complete this reverse transaction! Thank you Liz

I’m a night shift worker. With a Don’t Disturb sign on my door they would always wake me up for my dirty towels. My room was never cleaned for the week I was there. It’s old and outdated. On the plus side. No bugs. My bed was really comfortable. Some of the staff had attitudes and not wanting to help.

We stayed at this hotel many years ago. The hotel is near the NOLA cruise port. The check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. That was ALL that was good about this hotel. Our room was FILTHY--the worst we've ever encountered in 40+ years of traveling. Found old dried food chunks (chicken nuggets?) and paper shards and other stuff all over the carpet. It had two tennis-ball-sized sticky circles on the carpet. Dried gum? The carpet was sticky. The bathroom/sink floors were filthy and sticky when we walked on them. Had to keep shoes on all the time. There was trash and dirt behind the bathroom door. Wall there had tennis-ball-sized hole in it. The door was punched in too. We dropped a Clorox wipe by accident on the floor and moved it around with our shoes. It was BLACK with dirt. Floors hadn't been washed, ever it seemed. No washcloths, no bath mat, NO SOAP, no cups. Used shampoo to wash our hands. After we wiped down all the flat surfaces with Clorox wipes to sit our stuff on (we couldn't hang our bags up in the closet because the hanger tops didn't fit on the rod), and checked the beds for bed bugs, we stayed--ONLY because we had driven over 700 miles that day, were exhausted, and had an early morning cruise. We DID NOT use the shower. TV didn't work because batteries in the remote were dead.??? The walkways in front of the rooms were filthy--trash and some kind of accumulated buildup. Will not stay here again. Have several photos and videos of the room.

While I understand that when you stay over they no longer change the sheets, the room was not touched. The beds were not made trash was not emptied. Shower gel and shampoo were provided but there was no soap.

It’s was dirty in back of hotel and my room had a roach in bath room,blood on the pillow, and stain in the carpet nothing like the picture on Expedia I was disappointed as well. My husband saw a condom in the parking lot. Never come back to this hotel again. I could have went to Air a&b got a better room!

This is the second La Quinta Inn in two different cities. I've stayed at in a matter of six weeks, and I will never stay at one again. They were both dirty. The rooms were not clean. They need to be updated. Everything is outdated. The beds are the worst, and the pillows are air pillows you lay on them they flatten out to nothing but a pillowcase will never stay at a La Quinta Inn again.

Was not able to check in till 3 o’clock, which is fine they will not let you check if five minutes earlier so they can make more money. I was unable to get a room until 430 because the excuse was it was too hot for their cleaners. People were coming back, complaining that their room was a mess and trash was everywhere. I stayed there before several times and never seen it this bad. I have truly gone downhill that’s for sure

Front desk person need to be trained on hospitality. Rooms need cleaning, blankets and also towels in bathroom. Check your rooms because some smell moldy. I switched two rooms, neither had blankets or towels, first one head black stuff on sheets. Curtains had mold on them. Its not a baad hotel if they actually maintain it and take better care of the customer. Especially greeting them nicely when they come in.

Very poor conditions. One light did not work and one light didn’t even have a bulb in it! The smoke detector was missing, the AC did not cool the room down until after 11pm. Trash was all asking the breezeway to the pool. Only two towels were provided with no hands or wash clothes. Toilet wobbled and felt like it was going to break on me. The only good thing was the size of the tv! Would not recommend or be starting there again!

The staff are very rude and disrespectful including the manager. They won't clean the room and I have to ask for clean towels. And the price changes every week and then they charged me twice in one week and won't take care of it. Call corporate office and they won't answer either. Worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at.

I stayed at this property for two nights and booked for three nights got kicked out of the hotel for asking for towels, and they called the cops on me One room service came and clean the room they took all the towels and the bed covers and never restocked it And it was 1 o’clock and I asked for towels and they told me there’s no more towels so I said how would I take a shower and clean my wash my face no respond the end of the cops and got kicked out and wouldn’t refund me
