Great hotel, beds were extremely comfortable and close to the main train and boat station. There were many restaurant options within walking distance.We had a great time and found a great steak house within walking distance (Al Grill).

We booked a two-night stay at this hotel in Venice. The location of the hotel was great for getting around Venice by foot. Our room decor was dated. There was dark taupe to brown carpet on the floor, which I didn’t care for sanitary purposes. All the hotels I stayed in during my trip in Italy ( Rome and Florence) had manufactured wood floors.

If we ever come back to Venice we would consider staying here again. Location was great in the sense that you didn't have to walj far with luggage. The hotel itself felt luxurious and the staff from front desk to housekeepers we friendly and easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was a little too soft for our liking.

Six of us stayed three nights. The wait staff in the bar were awful. Three evenings in a row we asked for normal cocktails like a martini etc. Two different waiters told us they do not make such drinks and only the few drinks on the written menu were available. Out of frustration we went directly to the bar to ask the bartender. He said of course he can make and drink we want. The waiters got upset and the next night threw menus on our table. Also served about two onces of prosecco in glass. We asked why such a rediculous small amount. Waiter just walked away. Hotel is beautiful and other staff at reservation desk and housekeeping were great. The buffet breakfast was nothing special. Food was cold and mostly bland. Ordered omelette. It was way over cooked and terrible. We decided to eat at restaurants outside hotel. No one seemed to be in charge at hotel. Ashame because beautiful hotel, good location and majority of staff were quite good.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is very close to the train station and water taxis “Vaporetto” which makes it convenient to get to further away places like San Marco square. Front desk was very polite. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean

Hotel and room were fantastic. Location was honestly perfect - far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it felt peaceful but also everything you could possibly need in walking distance. Staff were wonderful especially those doing breakfast (which was also great). Couldn’t fault this place at all, we will definitely return when we visit Venice again.

Incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. No ask was too big for them. They wanted to make sure my stay was perfect. The staff were wonderful, the hotel is conveniently located, super clean and quiet. Beautiful! Can’t wait to return again next year. Will definitely stay here! Highly reccomend!

Super close to the people mover. Facility was nice, but the stains on the 1st floor carpet were undesirable for the money we spent. Housekeeping didnt check the minibar prior to our arrival, there was a half empty bottle of sparkling water.

Less than 10 min walking from the train station, on a side canal, busy but relatively quiet area. We enjoyed staying there 3 nights in July. Tastily decorated hotel interior – hallways, bar, breakfast room, and terrace. Our Deluxe double room with canal view & balcony was roomy enough, the bed and bathroom excellent and it had a very efficient and quiet AC system. Very good breakfast, with lots of tasty fresh products. We were treated professionally, with care and friendly similes – thanks for your service.

A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see only 1 room in the floor plan. The room is a "Suite" but no view, very dark. It seems like it is not a regular hotel guest room. I felt very uncomfortable and request to change room or change to my original room type within 5 mins. My reason is the room is only 1 room in that floor, next to kitchen and very dark. The staff refuse to change room and we have no choice to stay 1 night and cancel the 2nd night. (Originally we book 2 nights.) I think the major problem was the manager don't let us check the room first. Just provide a big discount as response to attract you to take the offer.
