We did not have a very good stay. We were unaware of extensive renovations when we booked. It was extremely hard to haul all of our stuff to a different floor just to get to the lobby. It did not seem safe having the lobby area open but nobody was there due to renovations. A dog barked across the hall from us off and on entire night. Unfortunately the parent would not take it out and we contacted front desk but apparently they could not do anything about the extensive barking. We ended up asking to check out early. They accommodated the request so we were able to leave and go somewhere different. We will not return to this hotel in the future.

My stay in Hilton Head was disappointing. . I never knew hotels put fragrances into the hvac system. My son got terribly ill and never stopped coughing and sneezing all day and night. It was noted on my reservation that I had allergies to dander and feathers. . Also the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. I was so looking forward to your resort and sadly it ruined my vacation. Toby Ulman 11/3-4 one night stay

Absolutely amazing!!! The resort has 2 restaurants and 2 pools with a hot tub. The resort is under construction right now but that was clear on the wrbsite til April. Nee restaurant and lobby and pool area coming. We loved the 2 fireplaces at night. Any room on the resort side is fine. We had a very large ocean front room And while it probably was one of the best units on the resort, the ocean is so far away because of all of the landscaping that any of the other rooms would have been just perfectly fine. The bike rentals were great and biking on the beach and All over the area was amazing!! We have been to hilton had many times even staying at the omni resort, but we liked this better. Granted there are more hot tubs at the omni. The staff was amazing as well.Super friendlee, we almost felt like we were on a cruise because everyone was from different parts of different countries.And every time they pass you in the hallways.Or anywhere else they would say good morning or good afternoon. We definitely will be coming back. Many of the people that were staying.They have been there multiple times And they will continue to come back..

It was under construction, which we were not aware of when booking. You ate meals in make shift dining rooms - converted guest rooms. Very poor food choices, terrible breakfast. Cold.

This hotel is under total construction. We were not made aware of this before booking. There is no lobby or bar. The “restaurant” was moved to a suite on the second floor. The pool is open but is surrounded by a construction site with constant hammering and workers. They even turned our water off for a full day. I wish I would have been made aware of this.

Their bars close early. Nice that they have an adult and family pool. Had a beautiful ocean view. Room was very nice. Didnt care for the gated community to get there.

Stay was really good , would have been great if not for dogs on all the floors , barking all night ,on most nights. Hotel said only dogs on first floor but that was not the case. Adult hot tub and pool had kids in it constantly, rules need to be enforced to make it more enjoyable

The grounds are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Beach access, nice pool, plenty of activities. The rooms could have been cleaner, primarily the floors. But I would definitely stay here again.

This place was so much fun. Felt like a good value as well. Food, drinks, and staff at the pool bar/cafe were great, prices reasonable. The setting was really nice. Enjoyed beach a lot.

Front desk check was a half hour ordeal with a rude clerk, Nik. There was a fire alarm at 10:30pm one night set off by an employee "playing" with a new alarm system and the power went off the next night so no TV, A/C, lights. And they offered to take off the $40 resort fee, period with they little apology. The staff is not well trained.

Beautiful property that was close to the beach. My wife and I stayed 2 nights here with our 2 dogs. We took our dogs to the beach both days and enjoyed walking along it. The beach there is clean and not very crowded. This is a resort that we would like to come back and enjoy on our own, without our dogs. We didn’t get to experience much of the resort since we had our dogs.

Our room was spacious and functional. Lots of room for storage, I liked the magnification mirror in the bathroom. A Keurig coffee maker was in the room and the staff always left coffee pods for us, nice refrigerator. Maybe would have liked a microwave, but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend staying here the area and bike/walking paths are beautiful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. Housekeeping was exceptional; the team was incredibly friendly and ensured that everything was kept impeccably clean. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Rooms were clean and very well equipped. King size bed and linens were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The towels were thick and the shampoo and lotions were nice. The bar restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced for a hotel. The pool area has plenty of comfortable, loungers and seating areas. Hot tub needs an upgrade but was told that is happening this fall. Beautiful walk to the beach, great access. Definitely return.

The location of this property is absolutely beautiful, and this is our 2nd vacation here in three years. The food is very good, the beach is beautiful, as well as the pool. Negatives are that we had horrible TV reception the entire 6 days this time, NOT due to the Resort, but the TV Provider, as they installed a new system when the resort was renovated recently. The picture kept freezing up, and then crumbled into small bits and pieces with outer space type weird sounds. This happened very frequently, and put a major negative on our stay. Also, the bathtub was very slippery, and had no grab bar on the side to hold on to. Also, the room did not have a Microwave, and for $300 per night, I think a Microwave should be included. Also, the resort does not have a Mobile App to see all the amenities, hours of operation for the different facilities, no map of the property, and NO ROOM SERVICE!!! Other than that, it's a beautiful place.
