I stayed at this hotel from 10/25 - 10/27. The reason for my stay was because the shower in my apartment needed refinishing and we had to be out of there due to the string fumes that would be used. Some of the furniture in that room was old, dingy, and scratched. The window was filthy on the outside. The door to the closet didn't close all the way. I walked down the hall to get ice only to be greeted by a broken machine. I had to go to another floor to get my ice. The hotel doesn't have any USB ports for charging electronics either. I ended up driving back to my apartment to get a device to charge them. It's too bad really because I chose this hotel based on a previous stay in May of 2016.

The place smelled bad walking in. The room seem like they don’t fix damaged prior for next guests. There was a lot of damage furniture and scratch corners. That made it seem very bad. Toilet flushes were very weak. Hotel looks nice in pictures but in person it seems run down. Room was only serviced once in a 8 day stay. Only was given two towels for 4 guests. Staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.

There’s no way to go second floor through main lobby, had to walk outside to get to our room, it wouldn’t be a big deal if parking were close by but we had to park on the back of the building since some events were going on, beds were very comfortable not and location is great there’s a shopping mall across the street

I would like to say the hotel staff was great! Our room on the other hand not so great, as soon as we walked in it smelled like moldy water. The ceiling seemed if there was a water leak all the way in to the bathroom! Did seem though as they were being renovated and we got one that wasn’t done yet! But in general room was nice and fresh! Hoping next time we have a better room because we absolutely loved the property.

Fixtures hanging off, furniture outdated, WiFi is bad, water leaks in all the rooms we have stayed in. Hotel front desk never has cookies, and customer service is terrible. I won’t be staying there again for my business trips. It doesn’t feel like a Hilton.

We stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were told no housekeeping svc due to. Oue extended stay. In which case trash cans in bathrm & room are too small. We had trash during our stay & had to keep leaving outside.

The advertisement for the property states: "Area Shuttle Service". This is not true. There is no shuttle driver. We asked about the shuttle, and were told the front desk clerk could not leave to drive the shuttle. Also to have your room cleaned, and fresh towels, it must be requested 24 hours in advance, even for a 2 day stay.

The hotel is rather old both the room and exterior structure. The lobby is large and grand with friendly staff. Upon check in they provided cookies to the guest. The hallway is long as it takes some time to get from one end to the other. The elevator has some mechanical issue which need maintenance. The room decor is rather outdated. They don’t provide housekeeping on daily basis as you need to call them a day ahead of time.

I absolutely hated the parking situation at this double tree. You'd have to walk across the whole hotel OUTSIDE. There was no absolute way to get to your rooms from the lobby. Our first room, the carpet was wet so we switched to new room. 2nd room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking. We didn't want the staff to hate us so we just stayed in the room. We did call the front desk to let them know and they brought in an air purifier the next day (still didnt get rid of the smell). Other than that, room was comfy. I believe they frequently host conferences and tour groups as well.

Lobby very nice. You get complimentary cookies as well. There is a restaurant in the hotel, didn’t try it but a nice thing to have. Something people might not like is that you need to request cleaning. It is not automatic. But I don’t really mind that. Just need to talk to front desk. Room was clean. Bathroom had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also had a hairdryer. Shower was also clean and in good condition. The area is nice. It’s right next to big mall, so if you need anything you can walk over. Staff was was very helpful and friendly. My only gripe is that my a/c remote was dead so couldn’t really change the temp. Other than that, I have no complaints and would come again

The staff was very rude upon checking in! They put me a room with no hot water and when asked to move they said they’d send maintenance it was only when I went to the front desk they attempted to accommodate me was there for multiple days no one explained to me upon arrival that we needed to asked for services my 65 yr mother ended up servicing our room Unfriendly staff all around Christie was the absolute worst of them all!

Overall hotel is a nice place to stay. It's clean and staff is friendly. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was first, the parking and location of where our room was. To get to the main lobby we had to go outside and around the building to get to the main lobby. Also, if you get to the hotel a little late, the parking lot fills up and you have to park on the other side of the building and walk outside to get to your room. Second, our shower took forever for the hot water to come out. It's as if there was a trick to getting hot water.
