Disappointed by the lack of employees available to help guests. Phone rang forever with no pickup, valet took 20 minutes or more. Single employees were noticeably doing more than 1 job. For $300/night, I definitely expected more. Not sure I’ll be back

Dinner was awful and overpriced. Definitely not fine dining. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Surprised that I had to pay $4.00 for coffee in the lobby. Should be free.

This property is not what I expect from Meridien. Missing bath fixtures, broken lighting element, malfunctioning thermostat and ineffective and non-responsive front desk staff. Felt very second rate.

I wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. The room was tiny. It was just me staying but I could see it would be very challenging for more than one person to stay in this room. The bathroom barely had room to turn around in and there was hardly any counter space. I heard noise all through out my stay, anytime anyone was in the hallway you could hear it very clearly. Parking was $27 a day and it was uncovered. Overall, it really wasn’t a comfortable stay and would chose a different hotel in the area next time.

Love the modern, clean room. Although a bit small (small bathroom/shower and no fridge in the room), the room was comfortable and cozy.

Nice hotel. The rooms are a little on the small side but clean and well furnished. Staff was very nice and professional but not really the most warm, welcoming vibe. Kind of a conference hotel/high volume hotel feel. The bar staff is top-notch but I just wished they stayed open a little later. The parking garage was expensive and a little complicated to navigate.

Clean, safe property in central Clayton. Nice rooms, though tiny bathrooms. I mean TINY. We requested housekeeping for the two days we were there, and we didn’t get even one. I even told the front desk when we were leaving our room on day two, and still no housekeeping members showed up. Very poor service. The front desk and bar staff were very kind, however. It is not the hotel’s fault the property was overrun by misbehaved kids staying there for sporting events, but it did make for a loud stay.

As always a great stay. Such a convenient location with easy parking g and great service!

This property is popular for Weddings. I was placed on the floor, where a suite held wedding party members and their parties took place over the two days I stayed. Their middle of the night partying went on from 1 AM to after 3 AM. I called the front desk multiple times. Security came twice to talk to them. It's not OK for a person to pay over $200 for a room three hours due to unruly guests Who seem to think this is acceptable behavior the consequences aren't deterred. I'd like to stay there again but I'm not sure what can be done about to curb this behavior and situation.

Nice property

Clean and pretty property with nice comfy beds. A bit on the expensive side especially as you have to pay for parking. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel in a great location. Only negative is there was not housekeeping room clean-up one of the days. This is a consistent problem with this hotel. When you get back to your room at the end of the day, you never know if your room will be made up or not. Otherwise, excellent as usual.

This is a nice hotel in a very dead part of the Clayton central business district. We were there on the weekend - the neighborhood may be more lively during the week. We experienced a lot of small frustrations with the amenities at the hotel. We booked the hotel because it had a pool, but learned on check-in that the pool would be closed due to a private event. It was 90 degrees out and we wanted to swim. But we regrouped, and saw in the room's welcome materials that the hotel had a partnership with the Art Museum offering free admission. So we decided to do that instead of the pool. However, when we walked downstairs to request the details, we were informed that the partnership had actually ended. Finally, we went back upstairs, where the private event music was so loud that we had to turn our television to 100, the maximum volume setting, just to be able to hear it. So be aware that this hotel will prioritize events over guests and keep that in mind. That said, the facility is very nice and modern, and the room was clean and well-appointed.

The pool wasn’t open! The baseboard was quite dirty in bathroom of 1109…staff was phenomenal!

Front to back of the property, amazing staff who made me feel welcome and cared for!

My room was freezing and the an engineer was sent to my room to fix it. The room was warmer for one night and then went back to becoming a freeze box. In addition, when entering the parking lot the arm to get into the parking broke and fell on my car causing damage to it. No one called me while within my stay of a week. The day after getting home I received a phone call from a representative of the hotel chain.

A most pleasant place, comfortable, well designed, with a fantastic staff. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful and the space is modern, soothing and an easy place to make home. I found Le Meridien fit all my needs, central, welcoming and easy on the eyes.
