Had a great stay at Zoe's. The location is great around Fisherman's Wharf & easy access to public transport to get around San Francisco. The food at the onsite restaurant (Pescatore) was delicious and the restaurant staff were wonderful. The hotel is clean and has a nice vibe. As a VIP with hotels.com we were entitled to some perks and had been confirmed on our booking. Unfortunately I needed to ask for them the next day. It is so much nicer to be offered upon check-in.

The room was smaller than on previous stays. The mattress was lumpy and the bathroom was too small.

Loved our room but was blindsided by the "resort fees" $45 a day to get coffee in the lobby, smorse at night, and $15 credit at thier restaurant. That didn't even cover parking. Besides the hidden fees, tge actual property was nice and in a great location l.

It was a great little getaway for my cousins and aunt and I… the ambiance was great! We were making s’mores on the resorts community patio but it closed down a little early! (10pm) Otherwise it was perfect! We took our s’mores inside the lobby and finished cooking with the fireplace inside… it worked out really well.

Pros:Great location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf, tour pickup spots, cable cars, 7-11 store. Free morning coffee in the lounge and luggage storage was appreciated. Cons: Security deposit of $300 was processed on our account and was not returned for approx 10 days though we had been advised it would only be held as security.

My daughter and I flew in for a concert and then walked around the Pier area the next day. The hotel was perfect and safe. They kept our luggage safe for us the next day. It was a great stay.

I booked this room for my daughters anniversary. From the time I arrived I was approached with such great manners from the valley parking attendance and then following the front desk for check in. I was also able to get early check-in which made it very convenient for me to set up For my daughters special day. My daughter also states that she had the best service experience being her first time staying in a hotel in San Francisco. Thank you to all the staff at The Zoe Hotel you guise were AMAZING and The Hotel was FABULOS AND SUPER CLEAN. Last but not least the restaurant Pescatore Trattoria was so convenient to make reservation's and was delicious! We will use this Hotel in the future again!

Hotel Zoe was the perfect selection for our time in San Francisco. It allowed easy access to all the atttactions we wanted to see. We were very happy with the room other than the lining of the shower was not cleaned properly. The room still allowed us to feel like we were at home during our stay. A little disappointed with the view as well; since I do believe I paid extra for a view setting. We only had a tree to look at. Literally a tree covered our window. All in all we were pleased.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location. It's walkable all along Pier 39 and the even have bikes you could borrow to ride to the Golden Gate Bridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Fisherman’s Wharf area. Decent sized room and comfortable bed. There is a resort fee payable at the property which I was aware of in advance. This was not fully explained at check in though; ie you are entitled to 15USD credit at the adjoining restaurant per day. I only discovered this when checking out and receiving my invoice. Had this been fully explained, I would have used this instead of spending money elsewhere.

We received a bottle of wine in our room. Only problem was the staff didn’t tell,us it was complimentary until our 2nd visit. We didn’t touch the wine on first trip. There were snacks and beverages available but a price list as well. On 2nd visit, desk clerk said she would have complimentary wine delivered to our room.

We loved the location of this motel and found most things we wanted to explore in walking distance. It’s very close to the wharf area, Ghirardelli’s, San Francisco Brewing Comoany, etc. Also, the Big Red Bus for hop on hop off tours of local attractions is just a few blocks away. We didn’t need to rent a car. We arrived on a Friday and departed on Monday evening. We look the BART train from Oakland Airport to the Embarcadero BART Station, then an UBER to the motel. While we were there we were fascinated by the WAYMO robo taxi that are highly visible in San Francisco. We decided to take one from the hotel back to the Embarcadero BART Station on our return home. This was pretty darn cool. I thought I might be a little scared, but I really trusted that car. I left wishing I had a car like that to drive me around town. It also was a Jaquar, what’s not to like about that ride! I would recommend staying there. We didn’t find out until the last day, that the restaurant with the hotel gives you a complimentary coffee each morning.
