The hotel is located very centrally in Leuven, and I stayed there many times in the past when it was Holiday Inn. Staff is very polite. The rooms are good with comfortable beds, and the breakfast equally good. However, the cleaning of the room was nearly non-existing. We had to ask two times over the 5 days stay just to get some clean towels. The cleaning of the room was not done more than one time during all the days.

Very friendly service, good amenities at hotel, good location. Not the best acoustics, could hear my neighbour snore, use toilet, their alarm in the morning. The hotel might need some freshening up. But in general a lovely stay, the place has everything you need.

Perfect, great place, great service, 100% recommend! One thing: I’m upset that they don’t do room service, pretending it to be a "eco-hotel"…I can also sleep on the street it’ll be even less pollution. I come to a hotel for comfort, not to get fake greenwashing. Muesli should be better at breakfast.

The noise from outside was so bad I slept for only a couple of hours. Never experienced noise like that. Needs proper insulation.

Pentahotel Leuven was well located for walking pretty much everywhere i needed to be, and there was easy access to transportation if preferred to walking. The staff were friendly and professional. I asked for a quiet room and never heard a sound. The gym is small but functional. overhall, it was a lovely stay.

Meets basic requirements - nice bed, good Wifi, good breakfast. And best feature is the central downtown location. But very expensive for a room with no closet and no bath (only shower). Water pot was not clean so I couldn't make tea.

This is in a great location, surrounded by eateries and a short walk to most of the main sights in Leuven. The room was large, spotless, and quiet, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Adjustable air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot weather. The concierge was super helpful when our flight was changed and we needed to arrange an early check-out and a taxi to the airport. We were very happy with our stay and will stay again if we ever come back!

The hotel has a perfect location in Leuven. Just a few minuters walk to the nice restaurant and bar area. The room was perfect, spacious and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with a Greta variety of fredag bread, croissants and waffles and delicious juices. The staff werw Bert friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room through were not very good, THE bathroom were not properly cleaned when we checked into the room and web stayed att Pentahotel for 3 nights and would have wished for women clean towels and bed sheets. But overall we liked the hotel very much, I highly recommend it.

One rude member of staff at checkin spolied our stay. He was argumentative about an offer on the Hotels own website having been stopped but it was still active and not expiry date was detailed. There is a way to handle such things and, even if the customer isn't always right (and they should be) the company's own website should be accurate and any offers honoured - and it should not take an argument for this to happen. A hole in the bedsheet, an unclean room and a lack of post-cleaning room seal (as promised) or covid kit (again, as promised) is very disappointing.On check out it was apologised for which was appreciated but only as I brought it up. Overall a very disappointing stay this time.
