We always stay at Double Tree because we know the level of service & room comforts we will get with them. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this stay as the AC wasn't working, it sounded as though it was running but cold air wasn't blowing out. It was colder in the hallway than the room. Also, the pillows were not the similar pillows that we have had at other hotels. They were not full size but small square ones which wasn't comfortable to sleep on. Was very disappointed that the room wasn't up to the typical Double Tree standards.

Check-in was convenient and easy. Hotel was very busy when we arrived. There was a young soccer team staying there and the parents were all hanging out in the lobby, very loud. Kids were running up and down hallways, in the elevators, letting doors slam and not being watched by parents at all. Several complaints were made as we heard in the lobby. The staff took care of it quickly and no other issues were had. Room was clean, up to date and comfortable. Easy access to the interstate and surrounding shopping and dining.

The overall stay was nice. I was very disappointed with having to pay to park. On Friday when arriving I questioned this and was told not to worry about that night and then woke up Saturday to a parking ticket as well. So I will probably stay away from DoubleTree properties in the future.

I booked 3 rooms. 1 for my wife and I, 2 for in-laws, 3 for my sister’s family. Our room was fine and no problems but my in-laws had to change room due to a/c not working. Also my sister had to change rooms due a/c not working and their room’s floor was wet

The property was very nice. I thought the shower was odd it had a track or something in the middle that was awkward. There was not any shsmpoo even though the bottle appeared full it would not pump. There was not a mat for the floor and the shower splashed from underneath the curtain

The bathroom door didn't have a lock, weird. Also if you slide the door too much, it opens a 2 inch gap. between the wall and door. Also the ceiling had water damage, which means there are some leaks, which probably would explain a very high humidity in my room. Also I book the room for 222.00 and was charged 265.00 at the check out. Don't think will be using the hotel again.

It was ok. For the price it was not excellent. We had 2 people in the room and 1 wash cloth & 2 towels. They would only give us 2 at a time. Not enough for the duration of our stay. We were at get together and organized a room to sew in but was told we could not bring in food and there is not a reservation in the hotel that serves lunch

They comfort of the beds was not good. I was tilted down toward my husband, not level. When we checked-in, the lady did not tell me where the elevators were or what our room number was, she was busy watching her phone. We signed up for four people in our room, and we only had enough towels for two people. When we asked for more they said they didn't have any more towels available, as the front desk lady was eating her breakfast. Not very impressed with service, and we are easy going.

It was my third stay. I’ve been staying here every summer since 2022. I’ve made great connections with the your amazing staff like Loretta, Eric, Carmine, Heaven, Bri and Nicole. They do a great job and make guest feel welcomed. As I said last year, I found a hotel I can call home because I always feel welcomed everytime. Only down fall I wasn’t able to connect to WI-FI with my laptop because I was told it was down. Other than that another great stay. Thank ya’ll
