We had a very comfortable stay, we had reserved 3 rooms for our family. The beds were comfortable and we were given rooms right next to each other. We requested for microwave and that was delivered to our room immediately.
Joshua at the front desk was extremely helpful and accomodations a late checkout.
Would stay at the same hotel every time I am in the area.

Was wakened at 6 am by a loud, non-stop noise from an unknown origin. I called the front desk to have them come to the room to determine the source. Was then told the noise was from a faulty boiler directly below my room. Since the noise was loud and constant, I asked for a discount, but all they would provide me was a free breakfast. I would have rather paid for my breakfast and slept in instead of being wakened at 6 to a noise that never stopped.

The check in was an absolute nightmare. The lady at the front desk was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. She completely refused to check me in even though my name was the one on the reservation and kept asking me for my wife to be present because she was the owner of the Expedia account. I explained to her my wife was at a meeting and was joining me later in the evening that is why my name was on the reservation. She refused to check me in even though I showed her the reservation. I even offered to cancel that reservation and pay her onsite for a new room and she refused. It was a total waste of my time and very disappointing experience

Our last stay at this property was right before the pandemic blew and the hotel seemed to have closed down for awhile. We were forced to stay at lesser properties and disappointed that we were unable to book here. We tried again recently and was pleasantly shrkrised ot was open and had some renovations. Room choice was accommodated and stay pleasant enough.
Would recommend a mini fridge and why was the toilet lower than I remember. I’m sure my grandchildren would’ve appreciated but as a senior now it felt wrong. Besides that very pleased and will return.

This hotel I love clean neat, rooms clean , beautiful view on the 18 floor. I give this hotel 10 stars . Great customer service.

The room seemed to be really small. We’ve stayed in numerous Marriott properties around the USA and this seemed to be the smallest.
The Bartender at the bar (I forgot his name) was really great and friendly. The bar area was packed due to the Pony World Series and he still was able to provide great customer service.

No room ready until 5pm because no housekeeping available to do the cleaning job

The staff was barely there, the property had been used and abused, but with a fresh layer of paint over things to make it look better than it really is. There was also a couple people smoking meth in the front parking lot while in their car, when i told the front desk about this, they didnt care

The room had no working toilet and maintenance was not available until 8am which is when we checked out. We had to go from the 3rd floor to the lobby to use the restroom. This is unacceptable! Staff said they would forward complaint to management but never heard from them.
