Really disaster service and the personal it’s not that nice. The girls who works there. They’re very sweet, but the guys is very disaster. And around the hotel in the front of the main entrance everywhere cigarette and trash and the hotel is very old. It should have to be renovated

I stay here often for work , and normally rate it higher, but this time there wrre a few issues. The bathroom waste basket contained someone's discarded knickers - eugh right? - and id book a king size bed and got a twin. They wanted to charge me to check in a couple of hours early - fair enough as they were booked up, but when i asked to stay a couple of extra hours - and pay for this - i was refused!? Maybe this sloppiness was due to being busy, but i think definately have to improve or I'll be staying elsewhere in the future

The cleanliness and cleaning staff were amazing. Absolutely amazing. I was less thrilled about the lack of access to a washing machine giving Sweden’s lack of laundromats and the exorbitant fees of dry cleaning services.

This is a large, business type hotel. Room was quite nice; a/c worked well enough; breakfast selection was great. We asked for our room to be cleaned on our 2nd day - a Tuesday. Scandic is another chain that has done away with automatic daily room cleaning post-Covid. Shrink-flation in action! Despite our request, the room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned at 16:00. We helped ourselves to fresh towels from a cart and had them send up toilet paper. When we complained to the front desk they claimed the room was still scheduled for cleaning - what had their staff been doing all day? This is also the company which charged us 150SEK, per their co. policy, for an early check-in at 14:30, rather than 16:00. This despite the fact that the room assigned had already been cleaned and was sitting empty. They apparently prefer to have all their new guests standing in line to check-in at 16:00 each day. Sadly, this is our second Scandic Hotel, of 3 on this trip. The first had issues too. Let’s hope the third time is the charm and we actually have a decent experience.

Worn out hotel, and low on staff. When turning on water in the bathtub some dirt kept on coming into the water. Bed was hard for our comfort, and the staff was away from the reception several times, or there was a huge line. Could hear the tv next door at night time .. Not kid friendly hotel. No toys or smiles for the kids. We had a ok sleep, and checked put early to enjoy the city.

Check in desk was amazing, one woman in particular was always friendly and frequently greeting everyone with a “good day” or “welcome back”. The bar and restaurant staff were not as pleasant. They had their friends showing up and they would sit and talk with them and give off a very off putting attitude.

WiFi was terrible. I couldn’t make one proper phone call. Room condition was very good. We didn’t use any of the facilities apart from breakfast. Breakfast was great

On arrival my room had been cancelled due to a congress which was taking place (I was attending the congress hence the booking) I had been moved to a sister hotel down the road which was ok but not as nice as the triangeln. And it was an inconvenience not being at the hotel I had booked.

Good location close to shopping and restaurants. Good pricing, but had a family room without refrigerator, which is not ideal. Cleanliness could be improved, as the spotlights had thick levels of dust on them.

We had room at 12th floor which gave a great view of Malmö and Copenhagen in the distance. The rooms are loud as such, but from time to time you can hear the people in the adjacent room. Besides that the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the “book a time slot” approach was actually not an issue at all. Scandic Triangeln is highly recommendable and we would came back for future stays

Hotel is a bit dated wouldn't say it was a 4 star hotel. If you don't like heights this is not the hotel for you glass elevators on outside of building with no internal stairs only fire exits. Alot of services have to be ordered like room cleaning. This is a cashless hotel which is basically a downside for foreign travellers who take cash abroad. Certainly friendly multilingual staff and very helpful

Visited this hotel last year and couldn’t fault it. But this year things had changed a little. The hotel bar was closed on Sunday. When open the bar used to have a reputation for excellent cocktail. Now the cocktail menu is limited and they didn’t even have all the ingredients for that! What they did have were on tap cocktails. Not quite the same as having a cocktail freshly made. Disappointing. The bed was hard and pillows too soft, we both had back ache by the end of our three night stay. Breakfast is excellent although this year they’d changed fresh orange juice with one on a pump from concentrate. The location of the hotel is excellent but next year we will stay elsewhere nearby.

Large hotel in a convienient location. My room was large and with great views BUT there was someone else's hair on my towels and a weird leak in the bathroom running from the bath tub to a drain under the sink??? I think the hotel is a little tired and they are doing work to upgrade the outside - but a little more attention to cleanliness and teh interior would improve my rating. Staff and breakfast and views make this still a good option when visitign Malmo

It was such a lovely modern hotel, right in the middle of Malmo. I couldn’t complain even if I tried. It was an excellent stay. Iwould definitely recommend.

Stayed at the Scandic Triangeln over the Christmas period. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Malmo, only a 2 minute walk from the Triangeln rail station (with direct connection to Copenhagen Airport). The accommodation is very Scandinavian in style with large rooms with amazing views over Malmo. The two best bits of this hotel are the breakfasts and the staff. The breakfast is a massive buffet breakfast with a vast range of food. It puts many luxury hotels to shame. The staff are simply amazing - couldn't do enough and always smile when they see you. Highly recommended.
