The room was comfortable. The bathroom showed sigs of wear but was clean. The towels were a little thin. But it was a comfortable stay

Hotel was clean, just a little dated. Overall, for the price, we would stay again. Felt safe as a single mom with two kids, which is always my priority. Close enough to attractions without being in the middle of crowds.

The room was not clean the proper way. We did not get new Towels or rags we had to go to The front desk ourselves

Long wait to get checked in and checked out; other than that the overall stay was great. Breakfast was spot on!

the room was dirty. i found crawling things in the bathroom. the rugs smelled. the elevator was old and noisy. the advertised breakfast was minimal.

Weather was beautiful there was a lot of frogs though in the grass area lol it was funny the staff was super nice and helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and stayed stocked up. I had to extend my stay by a night and it was super easy and the woman at the front was super helpful I can’t remember her name but she was a nice lady with short white hair with a purple tint! And the other nice lady was Angelica I believe her name was. I delt with them the most and they were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

All was good but no tv channels didn’t even have the golf channel in a big golf area

The stay went very well. Breakfaat area was supwr crowded but always well stocked and rotated.

Best price for staying in the area. A little old, but since price is so low, it's good value. Good location close to the beach and shopping.

It was a nice room, and clean when I got there. I stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping never showed up once. When I checked in I was told that the room would be cleaned on the fourth day. They never showed up. The bed could have been more comfortable, but otherwise I have no other complaints. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

This place is run down. Not sure how the reviews were so great, but it definitely needed some love. Checked into our room and the toilet had very clearly not been cleaned. We're talking "drips" and hair on the rim. Also clear that it had not been thoroughly vacuumed as the closet had a ton of crumbs and debris inside. Glad we only stayed one night as I did not feel clean in it. Staff and breakfast were nice. Location was good. Cleanliness needed major work

Everyone was nice a helpful but the cleanliness of my room was poor, they did change my room but the bathroom was still dirty and my sheets had dried up food. I did go out bought Clorox to clean and asked for clean sheets and did it myself. Otherwise it was okay.

This was a nice property, lobby and room was clean. A lot of pets were there and the grounds were very accommodating for them.

I'll start by saying what was good - the front desk staff was outstanding! They are all friendly, kind and hard working. The breakfast was the usual hot waffles and other continental type fare - kept clean and well-stocked all morning! What was not good: when we checked in we were told the room is cleaned on the 4th day, but we can leave our towels and trash in the hall and ask for towels and toiletries at the desk. They were VERY NICE each time we asked! In our room there was a sign that says they service the room every 3 days. Whatever, right? We were there 7 nights - not once did anyone service our room. I think I would have been fine with that if they had just said, "Hey, we don't clean your room unless you ask." I want to say the room was clean when we arrived - almost. The bathroom was quite clean and it seems they had tried in the bedroom, but nobody must have been there for long enough that it had thin layer of dust on every surface. The hotel is pet friendly which is nice for those with pets, but there were quite a few dog hairs on the bed spread (LaQuinta logo over duvet) which tells me they changed the bed sheets but not the duvet or cover. YUCK. We lived with it because the people who do work there are clearly over-worked and under-staffed. LET ME SAY AGAIN, their attitudes are stellar anyway! Overall, a good stay, but there were some weird things I felt compelled to share. We paid only $100 a night so we got what we paid for and it was fine.

Thankfully only there for 1 night! Linens didn’t look very clean, shower was dirty. Floor clearly not well vacuumed. Previous persons water bottle on floor. Would not stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past. The most recent stay was just ok, it’s really gone down in quality and is now just a basic, safe, clean, no frills hotel. The hotel now charges for parking, in which they charge the same rate for hotel guests as the general public who just park their car here for beach access. The breakfast was very basic, the only protein option was boiled eggs. The hotel has also removed coffee being available all day. Room service only available if you stay more than 3 nights.

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was ok but one of the 2 beds was so soft and broken down that it made a loud squeek when you sat on it and it sounded like a whoopy cushion!! The bed was so old that the fitted sheets kept coming off. The bedding wasnt very smooth and the pillows were lumpy. The towels were soft and nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Other than that, front staff was very nice.

My stay was good I would have loved to have a balcony. Also, it was really dusty and with the pollen it made it a little difficult for me to be as comfortable as I wanted to be.

We checked in 3/18/24. This hotel was seemingly perfect (and clean!)… until we saw a bed bug crawling in our room (120). When we approached the receptionist with evidence and asked for a cancellation and full refund, we were met with hostility and half answers. When she managed to get the supervisor (Bonnie) on the phone, they laughed at us and accused us of bringing them in ourselves. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from hotel staff in my life, especially pertaining to such a serious matter. From what I was able to gather while they weren’t gaslighting us and giving vague answers: 1. I was only able to be refunded for two days of my stay. 2. Someone from Wyndham would be coming in the following day of our departure to gather evidence of an infestation, and that would determine if I get the full refund. I never received any indication a case had been opened, and I had to send my own report in to Wyndham’s customer support. Top it all off with the receptionist calling our room at 11:49 to tell us we had to be out by 12 for checkout inspection (she conveniently didn’t tell us this at the front desk), causing us to have to leave behind multiple items we were going to throw away because they were no longer safe to bring home. I received a call from them an hour after we had left to confirm throwing away the items we left behind. I suspect they didn’t file a case at all, “cleaned” the room, and another unsuspecting patron may be staying there as I type this.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating but my room was not cleaned well and the room also had an old smell to it.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated. Our room was huge. Which was nice. However it hadn't been cleaned very well. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. There was food splatter on the wall by the microwave. The bed was comfortable and had no complaints with that. The breakfast was disappointing because there was only one protein option. Scrambled eggs the first day and hard boiled eggs the second day. Between the breakfast and the lack of cleanliness, that would keep me from booking another stay at the hotel.

Floor / carpet needs to be clean. Vents filters need to be changed.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was great, close enough to everything yet far enough from the super busy areas. It’s a basic hotel, nothing overly fancy but great deal and very clean. I would stay again!

It was a good stay... Laundry room , washer leaked all over... I don't have a smart phone... so I needed "Quarters for the Laundry machines"...yet front desk didn't have any! ...so I ended up going to 2 local Banks... found out Local Banks "DON"T GIVE QUARTERS UNLESS YOU HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT WITH THAT BANK"!!! ...ended up getting quarters at a Laundromat on the other side of town..had a 5 night stay, needed my clothes cleaned! ...the front desk not having "Quarters" for guests is a bad oversight... No Eggs with scrambled eggs, bacon with Breakfast...what if you don't like coffee, grits and waffles??? ...Bagel & 2% milk! 2%???
