We atop every year on way to visit family. Place is clean and price is good. This teip the breakfast was terrible. Sausage gravy was cold. Biscuits were stale. Orange juice machine was so diluted it was flavored water. This could improve. I still recommend this hotel and will return on our travels.

The room was unbelievably horrible. The a/c was so loud. If you have carpet, wear socks. Just not white. The carpets were so dirty, I started with white socks, then a dark brown. Just walking to the bathroom.

The hotel looked nice and the staff was friendly and breakfast the next morning was very good. However the bed was rock hard and the walls were paper thin as i could hear the screaming/crying and generally loud kids next door that kept me awake until 2am. When i requested to move to a different room i found out i couldn't as they were booked full. The employee did go ask for the family with loud kids to quiet down but probably less than 5 minutes later they were noisy again. So as long as you dont get stuck next to a rude family that dosnt bother to control there kids you could probably have a pretty nice night.

Checked in around 10pm, went to the front desk and nobody was there, we called several times (as instructed) from the lobby phone but nobody answered, eventually a lady showed up and quickly checked us into the room. Room was large enough but had daylight (blue colored) LED lighting instead of warm or neutral colors, it wasn’t very relaxing. There’s ere plenty of USB-A ports which was a bonus USB-C would have been much nicer. The room was quiet despite being next to the interstate. The shower and bathroom were very clean, however the shower suffered from low water pressure, We slept okay, wasn’t great but it was quiet and the mattress wasn’t bad so I can’t complain about that. The hotel breakfast was probably the largest disappointment. They had mediocre sausage, very poor eggs (probably powdered), waffles and little else. The English muffin was dry and not very good, no hard boiled eggs, yogurt or other protein. Overall- Friendly Staff Decent Beds Mediocre Shower Mediocre Breakfast If the price was decent so I’d stay again, but it’s not on the top of my list.

The TV remote was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while it had gunk built up by the numbers. I had a hard time keeping the room cool because the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. There was a family that stayed above were very loud so between that and the hard as a rock bed it was really hard to sleep

The check in process was so smooth. The gentleman at the front desk was one of the nicest front desk staff I’ve ever met at a hotel. The rooms were great and clean!

Room was clean. Staff was nice. My two suggestions are travel lotion to accompany the shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal packets for an additional breakfast option.

For an off-highway place, it wasn't too bad! The room's decor was pretty, and they have clearly been updating things. It was unfortunately one of those places where the more you look, the worse it gets. Just some issues for me that may not be a make-or-break necessarily for most: -the bed was quite hard and the sheets had either not been changed or they were just flipped over based on the hairs and flakes of skin I found near the foot of the bed. - there was a bug in the sink and a mosquito flying around in the room - hand smears on the wall by a light switch, - gunk in the bathroom door frame on the floor - dried snot on the bathroom wall - the main bedroom door was about 2 inches short so I stuffed a towel there so I felt safer and to block out light and sound

1) stale smoke smell in room, 2)only one available electric socket for my 3 devices, had to unplug one of the lamps and recharge devices on the floor, 3)coffee maker in room did not work 4)carpet with multiple stains, 5)one of the pillows smelled like someone had been sick on it, 6)no elevator and no room available on first floor, had to manage heavy luggage up very steep stairs, 7) only one chair in a “double “ room, 8) fan had no “auto” setting- either constant, noisy blowing or nothing

The rooms were clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was easy outside of the frint desk clerk asking if my DL was really me it was an old picture. Breakfast was good and hot. Now for the bad. The shower was TERRIBLE it went from just right temp to cold freezing to so hot it burnt my leg. When i finally got done taking a cold shower so i did not burn again to get the soap off i went and told the front desk and all she said is we know it is an issue and i am sorry that happened. Hello i now have a red burn on my thigh.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, frssh room, large towels, hot water in shower. As a solo traveler felt very safe it was also very quiet. The staff was amazing a special shout out to Randell who helped me check in. Light breakfast is served with biscuts and gravy also waffles you make fresh. I thought they should have offered bagels or yogurt but neither one offered. Did offer 4 types of juices. Also offered every afternoon fresh popped popcorn and ice water. I would stay here anytime I'm in the area

Very kind receptionist. Nice hotel. Could hear people in next door room and people above. Some wear/tear in room. Nice accommodations though, comfy bed, clean room, and good breakfast. Great value.

The hotel needs updated and cleaned! Floors is room were filthy! Food, dirt, etc. Sheets on beds were old and dirty. Mattresses on bed were worn and uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant but unattentive.

Nice rooms. Truck stop cafe nearby. Breakfast wasn’t all that was listed at the desk. Not much effort to keep breakfast items filled. Went to the truck stop to get coffee for the road
