It was ok for price and being in the city. Cable was out the whole time so couldn’t get the local news. A lot of construction. Asked for towels as we did not ask for the room to be cleaned but they didn’t bring them. We got some from the pool. No morning coffee downstairs. Keurig pods went quick. Good place but not awesome. Good price. Awesome city!!!!

Higher than comparable hotels and not on Riverwalk. Ridiculous prices for VALET PARKING. Not enough seating at breakfast! Turned away and had a bagel & coffee. Several people were mad about this, as well. Otherwise, great hotel.

Great stay in a beautiful, historic hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing which the whole family enjoyed. The Haunt lounge had delicious cocktails and nice live entertainment. Only downside was that they did only have one working elevator and sometimes bit of a wait for the elevator to stop on your floor. Otherwise it was a good place to stay in San Antonio and accesible to Riverwalk and Alamo.

I appreciated that we were able to get into our room before check in time. We were attending a wedding at the hotel. They only had one elevator working, and it was a very small elevator. Thankfully we were on the 4th floor, so using the stairs wasn’t too difficult. The hotel lobby was very warm during the cocktail hour. The sink area in the bathroom was very small. It was challenging to get ready for the wedding. The shower is right next to the sink area, so the steam from the shower makes it challenging to see yourself in the mirror. The sink didn’t drain well. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

30th anniversary and requested anniversary service of card and Champagne while we’re at dinner at 6:30 pm. Did not deliver until 9 and we were in bed already. Disappointing. Otherwise was a great stay.

The staff was amazing. Treated us like royalty. As soon as we pulled up they got our luggage out. It was raining one day while we were there they gave me an hotel umbrella. Their cable was out and so they gave me $100 credit to my room. I was able to use for room service and the restaurant. The entire time we were there they made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay again. Customer service has not been matched yet!!!

The property is beautiful with great amenities, including an enjoyable outdoor pool. The bar and restaurant were fantastic. However, the area across from Travis Park, despite being close to the Riverwalk, felt unsafe. Aside from that, the property exemplifies luxury at its best.

Loved the hotel. However, what they don’t tell you when you make reservations is whether you self park or valet the charge is $59.00 a day. We moved our car the next morning and they still charged us for two days. Ridiculous! Their restaurant was fair due to how long it took them to get us our food

I was already somewhat familiar with the hotel because I had previously eaten Rebelle. It’s located inside the St Anthony. Dining there was a marvelous experience. My stay, not so much. The room was decent. Did not come with a refrigerator, but when I asked the lady at the desk, she quickly offered to have one sent up. Which I thought was very nice of her. The only reason I even cared about a refrigerator was because there are no ice machines on any of the floors. I was told this was because it’s an older hotel. The only other issue I had was the glassware in the room was very dirty. Parking there costs $59 overnight, plus another $5 fee that I didn’t know about until I got the bill. If you can, find other parking nearby. I probably would have, but the weather wasn’t very good. I didn’t check into the hotel until 7:30 and I asked if o could possibly check out at 12 instead of 11. I was told that unless I were a Marriott rewards member that wouldn’t be possible. The hotel didn’t seem to be an overbooked. On the contrary, from appearances. All in all, I definitely wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. However I doubt that I’ll ever stay there again. There are so many other hotels around that will provide you with a much more pleasant stay.

It's beautiful on the inside. Its not very big. Everything has to be asked for. I had a superior suite and i had to ask for a mini fridge. Some lights didn't work, holes in the walls and doors, it was inconvenient to have to call for basic necessities. The pool was supposed to have a bar and it closed the whole time we were there (4 days). Andy the bartender in the downstairs bar by the entrance is AMAZING.

Wonderful hotel with so much character! Super comfy beds, great AC units, and room along with hotel was super clean. Only inconvenience was no ice machines (apparently to remain true to its era), but room service brings ice when needed. Conveniently located downtown and near lots of great restaurants and the Majestic Theater.

The staff from the valet, front desk, wait staff and even in room service could not have been more amazing. All so kind and greeted us like we were the only ones there. We had an issue with renting the cabana but the staff was quick to resolve it and when I shared my concerns with them they listened to every word, stayed course with eye contact and wrote down everything I said... Rare in this day and age. They were fully packed when we were there and besides the minor hiccup of tissue and tp refills every was as smooth as it comes. The restaurants are amazing too. The bar is SO beautiful and drink prices reasonable for a hotel at peak hours. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Hotel. Staff was polite but does not go out of its way to make sure your stay is good. You have to request ice. Pool is a basic square on the 6th floor with a nice view but not much to talk about. Beds are comfy but pillows don’t have any support. $69 to valet or $59 to self park per night. They do have an EV CHARGER but it is slow and the 2nd night they forgot to put it on the charger. I was hoping to leave with a full charge but ended up having to find a fast charger. Pets are allowed but it’s a $100. If you get a room without a city view you get a nice lookout to a gross roof with acs.

The staff were remarkable, attentive, and friendly. My drink preferences were remembered, requests handled expeditiously and in a professional manner. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I don’t often have business in San Antonio, but I will return to the St. Anthony when I do!
