I reserved 2 rooms as I was there with family. My sons had one room which wa fine. My room has no AC however they came to fix it we changed rooms. It was pretty musty in the original room with the no AC. The 2nd room was ok… had AC. These rooms are old and could be updated. We were there 2 nights. I was gone all day on Sunday and came back to my room not made up. I called down to reception and they said they only do it every other day. I was not told that I said. Reception said there is a sign at check in which I did not see. They should have told me this as well. I stayed there last year the same time and my room was made up. He did send up fresh towels though. I am very disappointed as I spent good money to stay there (by the way my son’s room is was not made up either). There is a tag to hang on the door but I didn’t hang it as it says “No thank you service not needed at this time“ I have attached a photo of the sign in reception, which is easily missed.

This hotel is right by the marina and right around the corner from really great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and gave really good service I would definitely stay here again

It was just a little get away, the front desk was exceptional (Ashlee mostly but all was great). The room was nice and clean, overall everything was great.

The stay was far beyond what i had hoped for. The entire front desk team was welcoming and amazing. I looked forward to talking to them and they made me and daughter feel like we were the only ones there. We came for the Olivia Rodrigo concert and this made it that much better. Will definitely be back to this property and would recommend this location to everyone who wants to notch service

Parking was extremely expensive on top of the stay. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. There's a parking lot next to the hotel at a fraction of the cost to park at the hotel.

Lovely hotel but extremely noisy in our room at night. Intermittent loud fan/motor noise coming from possibly another room or ac which led to disturbed sleep all through the night. Was offered another room on the same floor which wouldn’t have made a difference

Overall had a great time, not the most updated place but staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great for us to get to LAX, beach, Siri, and both theme parks. Was also charged for 2 breakfasts when final bill came in had to call a few times but was taken cared of.

All is good in the hotel. Surroundings of the hotel unsafe. Saw a lot of homeless. Like the beach is close for my dog. Coffee you have to buy compared to other hotels we have stayed during out trip.

Great location near the marina but far enough from Venice beach to be quieter but still walkable . $32 parking , but that is LA . Breakfast was great. My room on 1st floor was a little noisy but probably better if further down the hall . Room great size . Next time I’ll make use of the bikes .

the typical garden inn...we arrived early and asked about checking in. We were told there was nothing available at the moment which was fine and that we could have the 1st available room. So we went down the street for a bit and called back to see if anything was available yet and we were told to come back at 3 oclock. Thank goodness for the free public shower at venice beach. we were early but they were very unaccomodating. I didnt expect much we just wanted to shower. Theybtold us we could use the pool and we figured theyd have a shower there but no so we were lead to a pool with our suitcases in hand and nowhere to change lol. Nothing special.

Bathroom sinks would not give hot water, drunk people in lobby obviously overserved at their bar, helped 2 other people that arrived after me with items before checking me in, I had 2 rooms for same night and we were going to be placed in different buildings, no water available in lobby for our water bottles, no free water for Hilton honors- very disappointing

This Hotel was pretty bland and overpriced. Not exactly the Hilton experience. The staff were kind and attentive, but the grounds we're basic and not close to much. The breakfast buffet was the same price for adults and children ($22), but what you got was basically what you get for free at a Holiday Inn and no other options for breakfast. The AC in the room was right beside the bed and would blast you with stale air in the face at night. Best part was cheap overnight city parking in the lot beside the hotel ($7) or you could park under the hotel ($30+). Recommend staying elsewhere for a little bit more money to get better options for walkability, food, pool etc.

The hotel was nice and clean, comfortable stay. A plus that they had a mini store (very convenient). The only negative was at check-in, the person at the front desk was rude and in my opinion should not be at the check in or dealing with customer service.

I was surprised for paying for parking, could be included at the room's rate or free for booked guest. A nice place to stay, very clean, beautiful lobby and I manage an accessible tour operator and when I saw easy access to the pool and jacuzzi, made my day: very accessible in every single way. I recommend.
