Checkin was at 3. They were not prepared for check in at all. The lady checking me in said I had to wait and to step aside she will call me when my room is ready. 30 minutes goes by and they call me up there to tell me my room was not ready and still had to wait. The GM shows up and says he is checking everyone who is in line. I asked what about the people who were told to stand aside and wait? He said if you did not get check in back of the line.. so I had to wait another 30 minutes in the back of the line because they were unprepared. Honestly the worse experience I had at a check in. Poor communication and really bad management.

Rooms were not ready for 3pm, understandable. There was 1 person working front desk. There were dozens of people waiting for their rooms. Said we had at least another 39 min wait. Would not check us in until rooms were ready. Waited in my car because the lobby was packed with peo ple. Came back in about 15 min later and now 3 people are working front desk and checking in others before the people that were already waiting for rooms. The man at the desk was rude and told us we would have to go start over to check in. I paid $279 for a room i cpuldnt use until 4:30pm This concert was 1 year out, they had time to prep. Im sure this wasn't their first big event in Indy! I will not use best western again or go to Indy!

My stay was absolutely horrible. I checked in around 6:00 p.m. October 27th. Check-in was a little slow however I was finally given room 324. Around midnight I hear click click click outside of my door, someone was trying to enter the room. I told the young lady the room was occupied. I called the front desk to remind them the room was occupied. She said okay sorry. But then called back saying she needed my ID. Well I had already checked in with the person on duty before she arrived. She, the hotel clerk called the police, they came to my room got my ID. I told her I will be checking out later this morning because I didn't feel safe. The policeman said you can check out now, she did not intervene so at 1:15 a.m. I left the Best Western. I had stayed there several times before. They refused to refund my money so I will not be returning to that location. The policeman overstepped his boundaries and it's obvious that the hotel do not keep proper records.

Room didn’t smell good, coffee pot in room was broken, long black hair on the stack of clean towels- we are blondes. Microwave out of order at breakfast, no sanitizer to use at breakfast, coffee machine at breakfast was dirty looking, and the orange juice at breakfast had a brownish orange color. Not sure what that was about.

Tv in our room didn't work. Nothing was done about it. Coffee and juice machines didn't work in the breakfast area. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice but didn't have all of what they needed to do their jobs. Supervisor failed to show up two days in a row.

This was the first time staying at Best Western. The first room that was given to us we had issues with the television not working. The young lady at the registration desk made sure we got another room which was adequate. We will return to this motel when we need accommodations in Indianapolis again.

Easy access to the freeway. Clean and comfortable rooms, Kind staff. The breakfast was really good and the hotel was near a lot of restaurants where you could pick up food so that was very convenient.

The property was clean and modern, room was clean and nicely appointed. A few minor issues... bathroom not cleaned each day and towels replaced. Breakfast wasn't ready when they said it would be on Sunday morning.

Not the cleanest hotel I have stayed at: In the bathroom alone there was pee on the toilet, pubic hairs on the floor & in shower, & we left with a 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Really a 1/2 roll, but we were to tired to go get more. In the room cup rings still on tables, mini fridge not even wiped out, candy wrappers in plain sight. The top blanket, I understand this doesn’t get washed every time, but it definitely should have been about 20 guests ago. It was disgusting Not enough pillows, hard bed. Won’t go back!

I live 3 hours away in one direction, my friend 3 hours away in the other direction. We each drove into Indy the day of our stay. I called in advance to ask if we could have an early checkin at the Best Western and they said it was unlikely as it was booked solid. I confirmed they had my reservation during that call. The hotel was across the street from my destination and we would be pressed for time. When we arrived ONE HOUR after that confirmation call and ONE HOUR before check-in time we were told they had given our pre-booked hotel room had been given away and moved us to a Holiday Inn express 11 miles away. We drove there only to find our 2 queen room was not available and we were booked in a king room with a pullout bed. After a horrible night’s sleep on a paper thin mattress (I am 61 with back problems) they charged us MORE MONEY for the room than my guaranteed pre book price. The hotel was loud and I got no sleep. I will NEVER book with Hotel.com again. I will NEVER stay in at a Best Western or Holiday Inn again. I am now a sworn member of Marriott and will book ONLY from Marriott for the rest of my life. We were treated like dirt by Best Western. Hotel.com never texted or emailed me to give me a heads up except to ask for this review.

In this area of Indianapolis, there were a lot of hotels in the hundred dollar range which I assumed would be very minimal amenities and a lack of comfort. So I chose this hotel based on price, but it was very dirty. Had a very loud air conditioner and a below average breakfast. We got what I would expect we would get for $100 hotel in this area but this one was almost $200 so it is extremely overpriced.

Went to check in, lady was watching a video while crocheting. We didn’t seem to be that important to her. Hotel pretty dirty. Pretty warm in hallways and lobby. Air conditioning working? Elevator very slow. Only four floors. Ice machine on third floor out of order. Wonder how long that’s been? Our room was clean. Slept well. Air conditioning worked very well. Hot shower with good pressure. Toilet worked flawlessly. Good location. Don’t think we’ll be back as there are many other options

The rooms were hot and humid. The “gym” was very hot, had no water and no towels. No one ever came and emptied the trash during our 3 days, so we just stacked our trash by the elevator, which is what everyone else was doing. They told us to just leave our towels in the hall. Wet. Others did the same so the hall smelled of wet towels. The entire ceiling fell out of the room with the ice machine and made that unavailable. Water and muck were everywhere. My son got sick from breakfast one morning (we’re thinking it was the yogurt). And the washer didn’t work. Aside from having beds and a place to leave our stuff, this wasn’t a pleasant stay. We got the absolute bare minimum.

Assessable rooms are not available on the first floor and it’s on the 4th floor instead with elevator under construction. Front desk staff is sarcastic and rolling eyes, plus claiming customer is rude and/or “shirt”. Please train your staff properly before leaving on your own at the front. No manager on duty or at least that’s how we been told.

Room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Elevator was out of service, tv cable did not work. Could only watch 1 channel. No maintenance person on staff, no room to move us to, no extra TVs

The elevator was down in which I was aware before I arrived. They assigned my room on the 3rd floor. I asked to be moved because I am a 65-year-old singer and was unable to take the stairs. I requested the same room on the second floor when I previously stayed about 3 weeks ago and they said the king bed was unavailable. Shockingly because there were very few yes if any guest when I checked in. I was placed on the first floor facing a wall next to the swimming pool. The bed was too soft for me causing pain and sleepless night.
