Check in was a breez when we arrived ar about 545pm. Forgot her name but she was very helpful, professional and courteous. General Manager who answered my call early Tuesday for amenities personally delivered them to our room. Thank you so much.

A super clean hotel with very friendly staff. The price was very reasonable for the area only about 15 minutes from Laguna Main Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great for the price. I come to City of Hope Hospital here I Irvine and sometimes, like this visit it’s 2 days and I live 3 hours away. I will be staying here from now on.

Place look like they try to renovate. Carpet smelled a bit. Otherwise room was clean. Parking is $10 a night. No security walking around though. Park at you own risjk, so why the parking fee? Also, restaurant closed. They offer continental break but you have to pay for coffee and danishes. All over priced, $3 to $7 range. You know the phrase “Nickel and Dime you”? That’s what you get if you stay here. Good luck, won’t come back again, sorry. P.S. - parking is difficult to get to. Handicap parking especially, front entrance and no parking and once you walk you have to walk quite a distance. One more thing, NO directional signs anywhere. Easy to get lost inside building.

The customer service is almost non-existent. I've asked the desk manager Aynaz three times in person and and unsuccessfully called them twice on the room phone to turn off the AC. The AC kept running, making the whole room miserably cold and damp. The condensate from the AC saturated the floor making it wet. The comfort level was that of a jail cell.

The hallways smelled horrible. We had to call several times just get towels. We also had issues getting bedding and pillows down the sleeper couch. The carpet in the room was discussing and I the ahower has mold.

front desk Maria was GREAT! Gave me suggestions to go eat, she was kind and helpful at all times. The hotel feels solid, i felt safe and has beautiful decorations. Very comfortable. I loved it and will come.back! Thank you.

we stood for 30 min to just check in. Maria couldnt even multitask and told us to wait for half an hour even we asked her to expediate as we had a meeting to attend and needed to get a bath and move. the hotel was dirty, carpets was so dirty that you couldnt even look at the them. we chose exceptational room on 3rd floor and city view, she gave us highway view and 2nd floor. the bathroom had a leakage, dirty and rust all over the pipes. nobody even came to change over towels. Breakfast was ridiculous. we had to choose from 2/3 option only one and that was so small that you didnt even feel you had something. i will never even go back to that hotel or refer it to anyone. we had the worst time there

They gave us the room on floor 1. One of the fellows didn’t have cover and was dirty. Also in the room, there was a bad smell always. It was not a good service at the hotel at all and Looking for a refund.

The clerk was friendly and informative. The room was clean. We liked the arrangement of the bed which was against the bathroom wall vs the wall against the neighbor. Smart design. Would stay again.

Balcony was dirty and paint chipped. Too small to go outside and no furniture to sit anyway. Room and property felt dirty and lackluster. Also weird people sitting in cars in parking lot made it feel unsafe. Really not great..,

Not clean. Cigarette butts all over the pet area. Large nearly empty parking lot cost $10 per night. Charged for coffee in the room beyond the first night. Just felt nickel and dimed during our several night stay

Great location but the property could use a good deep cleaning. Floors and pool area are very dirty. Water from the faucet smelled rotten. Shampoo/body wash provided in the shower smelled horrible.

The hallway carpet was dirty and never got cleaned during our four day stay. The shower pressure was weak. The bed was comfortable. The tv was outdated and not many channels to watch. The fridge was small. The carpet in the room smelled like it’s been awhile since someone cleaned it. This hotel needs to be remodeled.

This place was filthy dirty! No housekeeping unless you “ order it”and even then you just get new towels and your trash taken out. There were blood stains on the carpet and my shower curtain. I asked them to change it out and they didn’t do anything.

Freeway noise is extremely loud, had to leave air conditioner on all night to create white noise to drowned out the noise from the freeway. The shower curtain smelled of mildew and the tub needed to be scrubbed. Low water volume from shower and the valve dripped because it doesn’t turned off completely. I was surprised by the scent of the shower soap/shampoo, I’m not even sure what the smell was, but it smelled cheap and I was uneasy about even using it, which is a first for me. My bath towel had a big clump of hair in it when I unfolded to use it (ewhh) and one of the towels was noticeably yellow compared to the other two bleached white towels. The carpet in hallway (floor 4) was stained/dirty and should be replaced. Small tv in room, but not a deal breaker except the volume would change periodically on its own (cheap tv). Pool facility and lobby area was nice. Front landscaping could use a little more curb appeal and touch up. At least clean the front concrete walkway areas to remove the stains and dirt. The hotel provided two nights stay for my kid and I, but I would stick with a Hilton, Hyatt next time. This hotel definitely shows signs of being a bit tired and could use some investment. Take care.

You can definitely tell this owner likes to cut corners, and nickel and dime their customers. They charge for parking, late check out, early check in, breakfast, and a bunch of other amenities that other hotels don’t. They also don’t have housekeeping on second days, and we only stayed for 2. Checking in is at 4pm which is extremely late, especially if they’re charging $30 for early check in, which is only an hour earlier. We had a 2 double bed room and the bathroom was horrendous. There’s no tub and just two drain holes on the bathroom floor. Bring shower shoes. They have a shower head that dribbled water and it took me 10 minutes to rinse out my conditioner, and another detachable shower head that the water never turned warm. They have attached shampoo/soap/conditioner and not individual bottles and it smelled awful. Either someone messed with it or it just gone rancid. The pool was nice but there were no towels. The second day of our stay we had to ask for towels twice. You can tell the housekeeping staff is stressed and understaffed because again, probably trying to cut corners by not hiring more, and the rooms aren’t exactly clean, especially for having to check in at 4pm.

I called and was told that I could check in at 3pm. When I got there at 3:10 I was told that not only was my room not ready, but that they had overbooked and I could not have the room I had reserved. Instead of 2 doubles I had a king with a horribly uncomfortable sofa bed. The room looked clean, but smelled like someone had both smoked and vomited in it. We went to the pool to discover a dead rodent in the pool area. I was not impressed overall.
