Lovely hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Just one small gripe was for breakfast. We are vegan and no hot option although the chap on the front desk did get us some soy milk so we could have some cereal. There was also butter for some bread. Maybe some vegan cheese or salami would be a nice addition. Other than that no complaints and would Definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to city center via tram/bus. Mall right across the street for that one day when one of us had business and the other was tired of sightseeing but just wanted to get out. Tons of interesting restaurants in the mall. Staff friendly and helpful. rooms clean and nice sized.

Literally walking distance to the one and only mall in the Netherlands. So convenient! Breakfast was not included in our stay but very good nonetheless - we paid for ours.

Stayed here for a week and used as a base to travel around the area. Had a room with balcony overlooking the lake, definitely worthwhile booking that class of room, was so peaceful. Room size good. Rented an ebike from reception a couple of times. €29 per day but did get used out of it all day so worth it. Only downside lighting in room more accent lighting than bright and functional. No ramp to or from property which is massive barrier for anyone with access issues. Supermarket a few mins walk away is great value for morning goods and take away coffee if you want to avoid expensive breakfast prices. Easy to access free parking and 2 tram stops nearby. Overall really happy with my stay

As other reviews mention, customer service isn’t the greatest. The biggest problem is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The guest staying diagonally above us decided it was appropriate to play an instrument in their room at 9:30pm. Then just before midnight we were woken up to shouting and banging saying “Can you let me in” We thought this was the hotel trying to get into the room of a guest who had locked their door. The shouting then turned to “I’m in 310, can you get help” I went to reception to report this, and I caught some other guests who were tired of the noise and decided to leave, we didn’t have that option gone midnight. I went up to the floor with the staff, incase it was a medical incident and they needed assistance. Turns out the guest had just locked themselves out on the balcony smoking. We reported the disruption at check out in the morning. The room could do with some more thorough cleaning and maintenance. There was a storm so it was very windy. There was a broken vent in the window which made the room cold. The air con was locked to cold only, obviously other guests were cold too as it was set to 30c, but as it was set to cold it just made the room colder. There were also rubber bands and a previous guests hair tie on the floor. Hotel is in a really great location, seconds away from a really great Mall with lots of dining options. The bed was very comfortable, just wish we had more rest.

The room is nice but not worth 160€ a night but the location is perfect to travel to places by trams. I stayed there for 2 nights and needed to use Wi-Fi to work. But it barely worked so the staff told me to use at reception instead.

The views of the lake were great and generally the level of cleanness and facilities was great however the area next to the restaurant entrance from the street wasn’t the case .Also management didn’t seem to notice dirty cups and glasses left lying by the lift area.

Faulty light switch in the bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work - and the room had wall to wall windows facing south - and the drains in the bathroom were far from clean, judging by the smell. I guess they’d known about the a/c for a while as there was a big fan in the room. The staff were nice, but I don’t think any of the ones we spoke to notes our complaints. First and last time at a Fletcher Hotel

The hotel is in the middle of a construction zone. Very loud noises well into the night. Poor service at the restaurant and for the room, missing towels, etc... Bath Towels are very threadbare and no shampoo conditioner given in the room. A very minimalistic hotel.

Nice location right next to the Mall of the Netherlands. Free parking. Air-conditioner works very well. Comfortable bad. Decent breakfast. Hotel need a serious remodel. Mold, mildew, scratches, stains...well used. Internet is only one notch above worthless and stops frequently. Some rooms have better wifi than other but no location is good. I used the hotspot and wifi repeater function on my phone to help. I knew what I was getting into as I have lived in the area. I wanted the location, free parking, and air conditioning above all else.

Construction in the neighborhood because of total renovation of shopping center right next to hotel. Construction will probably continue for a year or so. Lots of noise. I had problems finding the location because of detours. Other than that a comfortable room.

The building development in the vicinity was not an issue for me, but the concern lies in the building shaking during adjacent pile-driving. The Breakfast was basic, even for Dutch standards. Although clean, the Hotel decor is dated and requires a refresh. I didn't use the Bar, as it closed before my retrun to the Hotel in the evenings.

Rooms and bathroom in particular need updating and didn’t seem very clean. Major building work going on outside so if you are on the front of the hotel they start working from 7.30am. Took our taxi driver 3 attempts to find the way in as poorly marked

The hotel is pretty standard but starting to look very worn in areas with little maintenance in the bathrooms in particular. As a guest who regularly stays at the hotel it is a noticeable decline each year. A well needed refresh will hopefully come to justify the current nightly price and star rating.

They didnt have my reservation upon arrival. They asked me to pay again when leaving. I booked a double room, but got a room with three single beds. Tried to buy food at 11:30am, but breakfast was finish and they would not take lunch orders. Older hotel, EURO 15 from centre Hague. Overall I would not choose this place again.

A few staff errors with room allocation and incentive payment for not having room cleaning. Bedroom is mediocre with nothing outstanding but was OK for my business trip just to sleep and shower.
