It was a lovely place to stay, the people were very nice. Place was clean, hott breakfast was delicious. I loved the California style campus almost made you feel like you were on vacation or some where tropical. Definitely will return here

I orderet this place for the pool and spa and . And the it was not working and it is a long time since it have been working. So this is not right we have too pay full price for rhe room , you cant have it online when this is not working this is not okay.

I really like the hot breakfast, its really nice to wake up and have a nice and warm food in your stomach. The room was very clean, and the team in the kitchen were so friendly. I like that the hotel is in a quiet area too.

Only thing noce about the stay was having a roof over our head. Otherwise the room wasnt cleaned properly. It looked like there was theow up in a corner that never got cleaned. The stove knobs werent placed right. Most of the outlets didnt work. The remote to control the fan and ac did work so we froze at night. The remote for the livingroom tv didnt work. The pool wasn't open both nights we were there and the outside was trashed with the clippings of the trees.

The room was gross, the bathroom smelled and had stains on the walls. Let’s just say the bathroom was never sanitized. It was obvious this room was dirty and has never been thoroughly cleaned. Right outside our room it smelled like urine.

The worst experience, the rooms are almost clean, but very old, the air conditioner works so loudly that it is impossible to sleep, I have never heard such a loud air conditioner, it's impossible to turn it off because it's 110 fahrenheit outside, you can also hear when the neighbors flush the toilet, take a shower, our shower was also broken, the water at the same time ran both through the faucet and through the shower, the pillows were stuffed like bricks, just some hard lumps, I do not recommend it and I would never want to repeat this experience

It needs a big renovation. The grass by buildings A and B were not mowed and grew high grass. There were bugs especially spiders in the room. There was some debris on the grounds like bottles, trees, etc.

My husband and I went to this hotel to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. Once we arrived the staff was amazing. I told them I couldn’t walk up stairs because I had a total knee replacement a few months back so they immediately upgraded our room to a kitchenette on the bottom floor. It was absolutely beautiful and I was over joyed. The pool could have been better maintained and the spas electrical power switch was falling apart. I was afraid to turn the dial. The spa was not warm,but was still enjoyable. The breakfast was included and delicious. I was expecting to have donuts and pastries but the tray was always empty. Because the heat was so hot to get into the pool was horrible. They could also have a few towels by the pool instead of having to walk all the way to the front office to request.over all the property was quiet and very relaxing . The pour house restaurant is still under construction. Thank you best western for the hospitality

It was not a good stay at all. Pool was filthy and after a 10 hour drive and 106° weather me and the kids were looking forward to swimming. It was almost green! Beds were super hard and one was lumpy. The next day for breakfast they were working in the breakfast area REALLY LOUD with a louder grinder and torches trying to put their micro brewery together and it smelled of burnt medal while I was trying to eat couldn't even hear eachother talk across the table!
