Wonderful location to spend our Anniversary long weekend - heated main pool, two heated hot tubs, many pool area bars, and spacious, very clean and recently refurbished rooms with balcony, chairs and table. Would definitely stay there again, especially for a special occasion.

Our second year staying here for our anniversary. The staff is very friendly and professional. Aidia at the Boyu bar was very helpful and always put her customers first. Love the beautiful location of the hotel. Enjoyed the pools and the Djay. Golfing choices are excellent as well. We will be back next year.

Oh wow, where to start! First of all…this Hilton Head Omni is a big NO!! When we checked in, we had to switch rooms, THREE TIMES!! Weeks in advance, we had prepaid for a partial ocean view for the week. What they gave us was a joke, overlooking 3/4 view of the cars in the parking lot, below…and a 1/4 view of the ocean. Second room was the same, mostly parking lot views with cars below, and small ocean view…BUT we were not able to stay in that room either, because, upon entering, the whole room smelled like someone had been in there with diarrhea. It reeked!! We had to get out and move all our luggage, AGAIN!! The THIRD room overlooked the courtyard and pool, but again the partial ocean view was largely obstructed by a huge, tall, sprawling live oak tree, right in the middle of the view to the ocean. We were not going to move again, to a fourth room, so we stayed, despite not getting the view we had paid for. Upon entering the third room, I also took several pictures of a dirty, brown substance that was smeared on the bathroom door, the bathroom light switch, and the wall. After packing our luggage at the end of our stay, I decided to take one last quick look in the drawers, to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything, before the bellman wheeled everything out. I opened the drawer beneath the TV, and a huge cockroach was scurrying back and forth in the drawer!! Yes, I took pictures, and yes, I showed the front desk and told her how unpleasant our whole stay had been!!

The gym was very small; however,the thermostat was set at 68 degrees and it was 80 degrees in the gym.. air conditioning not working in gym. Upon checking in the hotel.. the desk stated he would provide us a ticket for a free lunch on the day we checked in. We arrived at 6:00 pm .. a false promise.. The beach chairs and umbrella are advertised at $25. It actually costed $44.00.

We had a good stay, however property feels old and in need of updating. Pool and sauna area had deteriorating surfaces and more than expected leaves floating around in pools. Finally resort attempts charged for the entire stay even though it was booked and paid for months earlier. This error took almost the entire stay to correct with the same card having several charges placed and removed until correct amount wast requested (at checkout)

Very clean and well maintained Hotel, rooms seem recently renovated and are very comfortable and well equipped, nice and comfortable bed, nice balcony with a pair of outdoor chairs, room had a Keurig coffee machine, mugs, flatware for four, glasses and a mini refrigerator and toaster. But the most impactful feature was their staff in all levels, pool areas, bartenders, room service, frond desk, room service, basically everyone working to serve you and making you feel good about the Omni Hotel. Very pleased and happy for our 6 days stay.

Our second stay and we will be back! The renovated guest rooms look great. The property was spotlessly clean and the F&B is drastically improved. The convenience of 2 pool bars/restaurants and the Palmetto Market made for an easy stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We are so happy we came back to this property!!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very well kept. Loved that is ocean front so you can just walk to the beach. All the pools were great. The room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a kitchenette. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beware that there is an extra fee of $40 per day that covers things like wifi, parking and shuttle transportation so is not really “free”. Overall we were pleased with our stay and will recommend this place!

We had a great time! The rooms were nice. The beach access was perfect. Had a hard time getting maid service—realized there were two tags for the door—one do not disturb and one asking to skip maid service. Must have put the wrong one out! Also, they have laundry but it took a minute to figure out which floor, and one floor only had a dryer. Not many machines so we had to wait a while. We were disappointed by the restaurant options—food was great when we ordered take out and ate at the breakfast buffet, but the atmosphere was tired and outdated. We canceled our dinner reservation and went off property instead. If they would liven up the atmosphere in the dining areas, we probably wouldn’t have left the property during our stay—plenty to do and great place to relax.

Overall the place was excellent for family or couples. There were 2 large pools then a 3rd for adults only. They had several game activities outdoors like cornhole, volleyball and ping pong The food was very good at the pool bar and breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not - I would recommend bringing your own. All the staff were very friendly Our only complaint would be that when we first arrived, we moved the kitchen table to make space n saw crusted up food that must’ve been stuck to the legs of the table. Otherwise room was very clean n cleaned well each day
