My first room even though it was designated as non-smoking, was smoked in. The front desk person quickly switched my room. The issue was when front desk questioned housekeeping, they admitted that they knew the room was smoked in but still put it into service.

It was and older hotel but clean. Not much noise heard. Beds were very comfortable.

it was relatively quiet during the week nights I stayed for 2 nights. The check in took longer than usual and I had terrible with my key card in the beginning. After I finally got in the room it was ok. The amenities are good. Fridge microwave shower tub all the usual things you’d expect there to be. The fitness center was very small but equipped with a few work out machines that I liked, weights, and a television.. The pool was clean and empty for most of the time. There was also a hot tub. I enjoyed swimming by myself for a while. In the afternoon more people came in as I was leaving. I’m sure weekends are not as quiet though. The room was average but i did notice there was a raised floor board close to the wall & carpet was slightly damp. (Not from me) overall it was alright for the price. Breakfast was good. I recommend staying if you want a cheaper place with a pool. not a bad deal for the Amenities & comfortable bedding.

This location was a poor choice for a business trip. I selected this hotel for location, ease of road access, and the variety of nearby dining options. So long as the hotel was comfortable, it would be a good stay. Unfortunately the hotel was far from comfortable — the bed was lumpy, large groups gathered in the halls until late into the morning, the fire alarm was pulled, breakfast was not satisfying, and the front desk staff was not pleasant or helpful (did not cite how to log into WiFi, no breakfast info, or updates about closed amenities. during check-in.

We were pleasantly surprised what a nice place this is to stay! Staff at front desk were very friendly. Check in was quick. Room was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable although I did not care for the pillows. Breakfast had many items and the woman who worked the breakfast was so nice and helpful. Overall a very nice, quiet, relaxing stay. Did not use pool this time so I can’t comment on it. We will stay again for sure!!!

Only stayed one night to attend granddaughters' graduation but will definitely stay again. Room was clean, beds comfortable & something you don't always get in a hotel & that is it was very quiet. No outside noise, door slamming or cleaning crew making noise way too early. Breakfast was outstanding!

Laundry room had machines that were inoperable and outdated. Keycards constantly deactivated during the 2 nights me and my wife stayed. Vending machines worked halfway end were half empty. Air conditioning unit was broke and had to be replaced. Place has bar and bar never opened. Side doors not monitored and always open

The room my family book smelled damp, had wet carpet, the lamps and installations were worn and non functional and to make matters worse the entire room was filled with ants. They were on my daughter's pillow and crawled up my leg while I sat at the edge of the bed and covered the lamps and phone. This was the worst room that I have ever booked and will request a full refund. I can't fully express how disappointing this entire experience was.

My stay was OK. The hotel could use some updating. I did not particularly care for the man hanging around in the lobby who allowed his dog to come back-and-forth through the lobby and sniff on the guest while we were checking in. Lighting in the room was very dim due to only two laps and the light by the door. We had to walk a long way to get to our room on the second floor and then the key card did not work. Could have used some convenience signs to point the way back to the lobby. The free breakfast was good and there were several choices. I booked five rooms through Hotels.com for myself and my guest overnight for 151 per night +18.99 in fees Per room charged by the hotel(I don’t know what for). I thought this was pricey, considering the quality of the stay. I would not stay at this location again for the price although I would pay more for a location that was updated and comfortable. Overall, it was a good basic place for us to lay our heads for the night.

The service was poor. We had to ask staff multiple times for for clean towels. Then was told that they were out of clean towels and could not provide us with any. They did not offer to clean our room. The hot tub was not hot.

Checked into room 227 the room smelled very musty and there was a roach in the room. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff and service were amazing. The nicest staff Ive had the pleasure to meet. The hotel itself was not. Every room smelled like cigarettes and the wonderful stafff had to look for one that didn't just so we can be comfy. The room we finally stayed in smelled better but was dirty; food crumbs everywhere, the remote and couch was dirty filthy. The sheets were at least clean. First day the gym was closed because the roof collapsed, second day the pool was closed for some unknown reason. The breakfast was good overall but again it was the staff that made it good, especially Rosa. She was a delight to see every morning and she kept the cafe clean and the staff busy. Unfortunately we would not be returning for the overall hotel experience was awful, but id like to thank the staff for making the difference that kept us.

Hotel was decent. When I arrived there was no one at check in to greet you, after a few minutes someone came out. Dylan was a sweetheart. Our cards didn’t work the second day and we called the front desk and maintenance was suppose to come and they didn’t. Called again and Dylan came to the rescue. When checking out Vivian was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention but Overall it was alright. We were searching for an indoor pool for the kids that why we decided to book this hotel.

Room was great, staff was excellent, very attentive and room was also always cleaned and stocked. Breakfast in the morning was a plus even though it finished by time I woke up. Will come back in the future.

The property is not clean—also a very dated pool. The gym is not a gym. It has 3 sets of dumbells and a treadmill that doesn't work properly. We also had no hot water for a shower in the morning.

The staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and all around great. This an old property and it shows especially in the rooms ( carpets, drapes, air conditioner unit etc.)
