Completed a survey yesterday for Hilton Honors and stated the hook on bathroom door was broken and the was difficult to close. Response was they inform hotel management.

Nice place, love the convenience of the app check in, so when i got to front desk it was very fast process. Only issue if you are going in weekend…it is attached to a convention center so it was pretty crowded and the elevators sllllllowwwww. Great pool area, hot cookies at check-in too! $10 lyft to winnetka music fest, close to fast food, shopping etc.

You have NO RIGHT !!! To do this to people.
No warning for such loud music until late at night .
THIS IS AN HARRASEMENT and is illegal with no warning to the gusts.
You should get law suits for harassment.
Manager could not and refused to give me another room .
I will consult with my lawyers .

We struggled greatly to find our room.
The bathroom was SO SMALL for a family of 4. Kinds of frustrating.
I didnt realize there was no microwave in the room when i got the kids popcorn.

It's fairly basic, but definitely clean and the beds were good. It's relatively close l to the Yellow Line train with one easy connection downtown. Lots of food options, and seemed like a safe neighborhood.
The train has free parking, so you can drive there easily. It's about 30 minutes walking, but its a pleasant one, and seemed pretty safe.
It isn’t downtown, Chicago, but we'd stay there again if we couldn't stay downtown.

The room was very clean and fresh. It was roomy with a desk and chair by the window for relaxing and reading. What I liked about the placement of the chair is it wasn't in front of the heating unit like it is in so many hotel rooms. The only issue was the bathroom could have been a little bigger although it was clean and did include a towel rack for hand towels which is rare in many of the hotels, I have stayed in.

When we arrived our room was stifling, the thermostat did not provide the actual temp but it was likely around 73-74. We turned down the thermostat and 30 min later it had not gotten better. Called the front desk and they said they were in “winter” mode still and could not turn off the heat. They said other guests had been opening the window, which could be cracked with no screen, and that they could bring a fan. Absolutely bootleg.

Love this place super clean super friendly staff nice people going in and out of the hotel at all times only one time did I get a room that had like chocolate smeared on the walls and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean, but it was like little stuff that could’ve been easily missed Other than that really enjoy staying at this hotel

Customer service was friendly but charged me for water bottles (placed in the room) when they seemed complimentary. Additionally, the bathroom had no fan ventilation and the thermostat would not control the temperature (was always hot).

Staff was efficient and courteous. Room rate was reasonable. Housekeeping was great. Room was a stuffy and the ventilation system didn't seems to work properly.

There was a wedding Saturday night in the top floor. It was so loud the Bass shook our room on the 9th floor. some other guests were complaining to the staff as well.

This property was spotlessly clean, quiet, offered abundant parking, well appointed room with a luxuriously comfortable king bed at a very affordable price. In my opinion, it is a bargain find.

I checked in on the later side and I had to be up v early for a work meeting. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and have been satisfied.
The bed was so soft and like a hammock. Huge dip in the middle. My back was so sore in the middle of the night I pulled the mattress cover and duvet off the bed and slept on the floor. A McDonald’s French fry bag fell out of the mattress cover (not mine!).
I like this hotel and have found the staff v responsive in the past. I informed the receptionist the next day about the bed situation and she said “I’ll let the housekeeping manager know”. That was it. No apology or attempt to make things better.
I prob should have let them know immediately but didn’t realize how bad the bed was until too late and I needed to be up early. Plus the French fry bag ?????….

The check-in process was the very best I have ever had. The hotel was classy, quiet, and clean. The server at the restaurant was a bit scatter brained, but overall was an excellent experience!

This should have been a rave review. The hotel is very nice with an excellent restaurant. But some things should be noted. The outside of the building was a bit littered. The front desk was a mess. The desk attendants were friendly but a bit harried, and answering the phone from our room took a bit too long. The ice machine on our floor was out of order during our entire stay. Worse, after a long day out of the hotel we returned at 6 pm to find that our room had not been made up. Front desk’s excuse was they must have been short staffed. Wrong answer! Housekeeping finally brought up new towels and took out the trash but had to be called back to remove the dirty towels! None of the above was enough to ruin our stay, but these flaws made the difference between great and just average.

I always do booking through Expedia this time also I didi the same when I went to the check In staff ask me to to pay first which is so embarrassing.
I check my transactions it says already paid but the staff said I can’t see here you paid you need to pay fist.
Then again I paid with other card and I hope I won’t do booking through Expedia next time thanks
