Not so good got charged $75 for no reason because they had to clean up room after a birthday the restaurant ignored us like they werent open for business i will not be back

Checked in late night, like 2:30am. Front desk staff asked me what rate I had paid cause he didn't know, kept saying two nights when the reservation was for three and gave us keys to the room. We got up there with all the stuff and our sleeping toddler to find out he put us in a regular room when we paid for a suite and when we called down we were told no suites were available. Went to check out and speak with a manager about a refund for the rate difference. We were told they held a suite for us the next day but there was no message on the phone in the room and they didn't make any effort to call or email me.

First when i booked the room said pay 5 dollars extra for breakfast and the person in front desk she never said nothing about my breakfast so i lost 10 dollars, 2nd the pictures you guys show in the website completely different of the room i had.

This was a one night last minute stay and i was pleasantly surprised. Very elegant interior and wonderfully friendly staff. Not crazy about the 75.00 pet fee. Literally there 10 hours with a small dog and had to pay full fee. But it is nice that they are pet friendly

The property itself was not bad. 2 of the rooms we had had a bad smell. One of them was pretty bad, a musty smell. We booked 2 nights but the front desk called and asked us to leave the room after the first night. My mom was explaining the situation and they didn’t want to listen OR they figured it out that we indeed had 2 nights. Anyway, they ended up hanging up on my mom! My mom told me later but we were there for a wedding so I couldn’t resolve it until later that evening. The guy at the front desk in the evening was very nice , I wish I could remember his name, and apologized but unfortunately the damage was done. Rest of the staff was very nice.

Didn’t get the room we reserved. Paid for a deluxe suite with 2 queen beds for 3 of us. Was given a standard king. Went back & asked saying it was the wrong room. Was given a standard room with 2 queen beds. Still charged the deluxe suite rate.

The room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable enough. The lightning could be better in the rooms and the toilets could be taller. It was lower than we are used to. I guess you can say tall people problems and it also doesn't help if you have bad knees. Pool area was nice. Hotel lobby was always nice and clean and smelled amazing. Only one of your front desk clerks greeted everyone that walked passed. Nice, black guy. Can't remember his name, Clayton, maybe?? He was very nice and extremely helpful. I truly appreciated that!! The location was perfect so i would most likely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable stay. Great outdoor and inside spaces to relax. Even grills were stationed outside. No issues with staff or noise. Stayed on 5th floor. Only complaint is that someone left their dog in their room and it was barking at 6:30 in the morning. Hotel policy stated that dogs are allowed on the first floor only. Please stick to your rules.

I appreciated the front desk being responsive to my requests and needs for my family. However, I asked to switch payment without success. Along with having to ask for the room to be serviced every day, and soaps and shower gel going unfilled, it was a rather blah stay. Beds were comfy, and when we got to the room we reserved (initially a room with 2 queen beds was the reservation but we were given a king, which was frustrating).

Oh my goodness, I felt so bad for Angela while we were checking-in. While waiting in line, there were 4 parties ahead of me, all trying to check-in. I overheard her say, "The system just went down." Then I heard, "All of Microsoft systems just crashed." She was doing everything she could to work through the problem, but some of the guests were not very patient. She apologized over and over, but it wasn't her fault. (At the time, we didn't know the problem was world-wide.) She kept trying to work through it, and showed such professional composure through the problem. When it was my turn, I said to her, "You're doing great. The situation stinks, but you're doing great."

Walking into the hotel lobby was beautiful. Completely renovated and very modern. Once we got to our room however, you could tell how dated the hotel was. Everything was fine and clean, just very old and definitely could use some updating.

The rooms are nice but the air conditioning unit did not work properly. It stayed at 73 degrees despite being set at 65. Told the staff and it did not get fixed. Poor nights sleep

I reserved a king size single room, but was given a double queen. I didn't want that type of room and was told by front desk staff, it was an upgrade and that the next time, I shouldn't book thru a 3rd party website. Got that right, I won't book thru them for your hotel at all. Also had a leaking ac unit, making the carpet damp and the room had a musty odor to it.

It was a horrible stay. Our rooms A/C wasn’t working, our room was at 85 degrees. The only solution we got was to put a fan in the room, which barely helped. We barely slept due to the heat, and left quickly in the morning to escape it. We honestly should’ve slept in the hallway. We told the front desk our A/C wasn’t working when we first checked in, they said maintenance would check it out, when we returned from dinner it was clear that maintenance never came. After going back down to talk to the front desk, they said only solution was a fan. Nothing to give us for the inconvenience or any mention of what they could do. I will not be staying here again.

Did not have the room I reserved for my stay, said they did not have a king bed available at all. Apparently other guest also has the same issue. Book room in advance bull almost two weeks. Still no king bed available. No sorry or nothing.
