The price was amazing for the value of the property. We enjoyed pool time with our kids and were very comfortable. We did not try the food but heard it was good!

We picked this hotel because they had 2 indoor hot tubs. When we arrived both hot tubs were not working. Also the room was very sterile not pne picture on the wall. We let the person kknow who eas in charge. The response was not hood he didnt even apologize. We eill neber go to this hotel again!

Stayed here with a family of 4 and 2 pets. The king suite was spacious with one room and a living room. Comfortable and reasonably priced. The bistro offers a diverse menu and a bar. The food was good and very convenient on a winter night to not have to leave the hotel after travelling for 8 hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very very nice

The service, the room, the open air center, the coffeebistro/breakfast, the fine drinks, along with excellent dinner made for a wonderful evening the only thing that can negatively be stated on is the street Cerillos being what it is. That being said its a lovely, friendly, secure, and comfortably welcoming hotel.

The building is confusing but the staff helped us to sort it out and in the end what we perceived to be confusing was really a lovely design that lent itself to privacy.

We had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriot. Desiree at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The heated pool and hot tubs were a big hit for the kids!! It was clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that we couldn't get any hot water to the shower.

Was not in the best location; many homeless hanging out. Room was ok...noisy at times. We could feel the floors moving when the "neighbor" walked around. Front desk staff (especially checking in; checking out was a little nicer) we're not very friendly. The nicest person there was the barista at The Bistro! (Jessy? Marisa?) She was super nice!

The color- it is a basic gray and black. Terrible colors for a pretty hotel

I really enjoyed my stay. As soon as I got in. I was greeted by Mr. Pablo. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again. Safe, and very convenient location

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely and the lobby was nice. The room, however, was outdated and kinda gross. Skipped our shower and dipped out to Starbucks for breakfast. I expected more for the price and given its a Marriott. Should’ve read the other reviews but got a good night sleep despite it not being what we expected.

The gave me a room that had not been cleaned and made up after last guest departed. In the morning the made tried to enter the room several times. Even after I told her I was sleeping. I spoke to the manager and he couldn’t have cared less about the status of his hotel. Do not stay at this property. New management is a must if this place wants to survive!

Didn’t match the typical Marriott quality. Seems like it was an old hotel they turned into a Marriott. VERY small bathroom. You could barely shut the door while standing directly against the toilet. Shower seemed very old and the shower head sprayed everywhere but were it should. The lobby and bistro were nice, and staff was friendly.

Clean, staff good, it’s just that the hotel seemed older, and it’s an open concept so really no privacy around the floors. Rooms clean.

Property was up to date and secure!

The staff was great. The hotel is dated and could use a little refurbishing ( things like wallpaper peeling, paint needing touch up and fixtures in the bathroom needing replaced.

I can see why its only rated 3 stars anyway. No free breakfast. TV audio sounded muffly.. It was an okay hotel

Professional staff, received information of current events and places to visit

Ideal place to stay when you want to rest. Slept with the windows open, quiet and comfortable. Close to area shops and eateries. Will stop here again for future visits in Santa Fe.

It was an overall great experience. However the tub was very dangerous. It was incredibly slippery and was a poorly designed tub which made it even more slippery. When we complained about it, the front desk said we should’ve asked for a mat when we made the reservation which is stupid. Thankfully we didn’t fall but it came really close for myself and my husband. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as it used to be. (We stay here every year for our annual business trip.) my husband noticed that the door in the suite didn’t close correctly either.

Stay was fine, but certainly not worth the very inflated price they charge. Not in the best part of Santa Fe. Rooms are decent and clean, but not worth $260.

The hotel was very run down. The front desk employee, Des, was very rude and not welcoming. I advised her that we reserved one pet friendly room and one that is not. She informed me that the entire hotel was pet friendly. I advised her that I had contacted the hotel ahead of time to make sure there were rooms that were not pet friendly because of my son's allergies. She then said, "you must have talked to our corporate office, they do that all the time. The only rooms that are not pet friendly are the suites." The first room she assigned us had not even been cleaned. The toilet was clogged with human feces, the linens were piled on the bed. This was after she assured us all rooms are always thoroughly cleaned and there should be no issues with my son, who is highly allergic to animals. When I returned to the desk to inform her the room was dirty, I asked to get a room close to that area, since we had already unloaded all of our luggage. Also, so we could still be near to the other room we reserved where the rest of our family was staying. She said there wasn't any available. I asked if there were any suites and she said, "not with the wedding here." Also, when I inquired about the breakfast that was included with our rooms, she was rude and condescending and said most reservations don't include breakfast. I then informed her that I did pay for it with my initial reservation. She looked it up and of course it was paid for.
