Nice hotel for the money, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a great pool and spa. My only issue was that there was a big piece of metal sticking out of the side of the bed, looked like it was supposed to keep the box spring from sliding, but it was off track and now I have a huge bruise. Otherwise, good stay.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very big, We had two couples and we did not feel cramped at all. The free breakfast was surpringly very good! They had eggs, sausage links, bagels, bread, muffins, fruit and instead of the typical waffle maker, they had a pancake maker that made very tasty pancakes!

Not as accomodating as usual. I made the reservation as I was told early on when I called to confirm I could get my usual 'paid extra for' late checkout only to be told it was not an option this time. This was a sad ending to my trip that ruined my plans.

Nice hotel, with good location for dining and health care facilities. There is no elevator so be sure to ask for the first floor if one flight of stairs is a challenge.

The sofa in the room was filthy. Would not even touch it. The carpet feels sticky and there was trash between the bed and nightstand. There were people drinking in the parking lot one evening when I returned and one of the men approached my vehicle as I pulled in. Had to leave the facility and wait for them to leave before returning to my room. Shower drain was slow and the water was lukewarm at best. Did call about the drain and it was fixed. Bed was comfortable. Did not eat the breakfast. Pool was good, though the hot tub was over filled. Will not return.

The bathe tub drain was broken. The water in bathroom sink had very little pressure or hot water. The ot tub only held 4 people. Felt like we were being atched while eating breakfast. No public bathroom.

The staff was friendly, however the constant monitoring while my girlfriend and I were at the pool was unnecessary, and I’m concerned that their housekeeping doesn’t follow a lost & found policy following checkout. The surrounding area was nice and had great food options nearby.

Property and room were clean and updated. The window in our room wasn't, and couldn't be, closed completely. The curtains were torn. The chair had some ugly red stains and was well worn. Pool was nice, but hot tub was old with an odd placement of jets. Breakfast was good😁 It is a good place to stay for the price. For me personally, I'll try somewhere else next time.

This was our third stay at that location and despite management having changed, it all was very familiar. We loved the breakfast and pool as usual. I need to be there for business while my husband cares for the kids. It's money worth spent if you can stand an occasional hair on the pillowcases or a rubber band for braids on the floor from whomever was there before. It generally doesn't bother us that bad or we wouldn't have been there three times in a row at this point, but just putting it out there. The staff are very kind and attentive otherwise and that's way more important to us than the occasional speck of dust.

Great breakfast and pancake maker. Swimming pool was nice. There were some strange people sort of hanging out between the doors and breakfast area that started to wander down the main hallway that made me feel uncomfortable about safety of my grandkids.

When I came to check in they said they need $150 cash deposit. Then they charged me 2 pet fees and refuse to refund the one. Then we got to our room our pull out bed had pee stains all over it. The floors were not vacuumed. There was hair in the shower, milk spilled all over by the fridge. There's mold in the pool on the ceiling. The vent in the bathroom is full of dust. If I could get a refund I would. There was also poop or chocolate on the pillows. The curtains were ripped.

The property was fine. Appears in good repair. My only issue was having to hike up stairs and down to the far end. I had several bags to bring in with us The expectation was an elevator or a ground floor room neither was a possibility. Alas I’m not as young as I once was. My knees no longer enjoy walking repeatedly up and down stairs. Thanks.

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it and that lingered throughout our stay. There was a candy wrapper on the floor when we arrived. The bathtub faucet leaked. The lampshades were broken. In general, subpar.

Loved the pillow options . If you are someone who hates hotel pillows do not fear ! They have thick ones , thin ones , firm ones and fluffy ones . You are sure to find a pillow to suite your needs . Pool is small. Breakfast had pancake maker

The area was nice around the hotel. Was close to a main road, and surprisingly wasn’t very noisy. Only things I didn’t like were the pool area, needs to be updated, was no bathroom in the pool area. The room we had was not cleaned very well, the walls need to be washed down anns the clear plastic peice needs to be replaced on the corners of the walls and found a bottle of vodka in the cubbard.

Got to the room about 10:30 pm. The parking lot was full of people drinking and partying. Walked into the room and was slapped in the face with the smell of weed. For a hotel that has a policy for non smoking this isn’t good. Smoke detectors were double wrapped with plastics. At this point my stuff was in the room, not wanting extra charges and to get to sleep asap went and told front desk, the staff were high as hell. After trying to move me to another room and offering me all the chips in the little store (that I turned down). Just went to bed. Woke up and opened window to find the glass shattered on one of the outside windows. Breakfast was also not very good, kinda old and pancake Machine was down.

Upon arrival the house was friendly- found out then, there’s no elevator so I would need to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The room had a dresser- the drawers quietly open randomly no matter how many times I would shut them. The bathroom was well stocked with towels. It was nice to have a small fridge/micro. The bed was decent- but this isn’t a 5star so didn’t expect luxury linens. I specifically booked here because it advertised a swimming pool & jacuzzi. Someone from the health department needs to inspect both. The jacuzzi is a ‘hot tub’ - no jets. It’s a 5ft round molded plastic bowl dropped into the floor and I’m unsure there was water - more like pure chlorine/pool chemical. I got in- sat for 5mnts and my eyes were on fire and nose hairs singed. I smelled chlorine for the next 24hrs no matter what I tried, to clear out my nose. It had been literally chemically burned from my face being so close to the hot water. Immediately showering afterwards saved my skin from any burns aside from my neck- I’d had a haircut 2days prior. The pool is also a drop in and questionable how much moisture without permanent ventilation: there was a portable device that wasn’t running in the room These are big liabilities for a Hotel so I do hope they take my review seriously and give attention to both. Breakfast area was decently stocked with a variety of sweets- beverages and a couple hot items. Coffee was good. Again customer care / front desk was very attentive and helpful.

Check-in clerk was very friendly. TV didn’t work and clerk came immediately to fix the problem. Rooms were clean. Nice pool with good water temperature. Relaxing hot tub. Hotel showing signs of wear. Cracked windows in pool entry door and a couple of windows around pool. Peeling ceiling paint in bathroom. Broken security chain on room door.

There was a strong weed smell when I checked in and at times, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell pumping in through the vent in my bathroom. I could hear all the voices and noises in the hallway and rooms next to me. I never as dressed any of these issues with the hotel staff so I’m not sure if anything could have been done or not. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, they did have eggs, pancakes and sausage among other normal continental breakfast items.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating…and that’s the only positive about this stay. The sofa in our room was so dirty and stained we wouldn’t think of sitting on it. The building was in disrepair. The heat/AC unit didn’t work at all, wouldn’t even turn on, not even the fan. The pool/hot tub had so much chlorine that our eyes burned after 5 mins. The breakfast was mediocre at best. One of the more disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. Too bad, because the staff was really great.
