The hotel is very stylish and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed the beautiful room and luxe finishes. The residential area around the hotel is really pleasant with some great restaurants.

This was literally probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. The room was huge. The shower was wonderful. Two shower heads and lots of water pressure. I had a room on the 5th floor and the view was nice. We had dinner at the hotel and the wait staff was nice and the food was good. Breakfast was included and was a real treat. The selection was amazing.

A modern hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable with a comfortable bed and powerful walk in shower. The location is convenient to Chamartin station. The only downside was, that in our room on the even number side of floor seven, you could hear the trains rumbling in and out of the station which impacted on sleep quality.

Probably one of the nicest rooms I've been in (premium room)! Spacious, with pleanty of power plugs, lights switches, TV, tablespace, two closets with drawers, couch and chair and a nice big bed. Bathroom was an experience, split in three parts for toilet, sink and shower area making it very good for more than two people. It had blue tooth speaker (for your own music), and 3 buttons for shower, bathtub and tub-shower - very cool - but too much water from shower (half would be plenty). Hotel had nice, fresh, warm atmosphere with paintings and records on the walls. The restaurant had great fresh tasting food made extremely fast (I didn't have breakfast). Pool area was really cozy with a poolbar and lounge area and tables for eating. A long pool with several sunbeds around - and sunlight until 6pm despite between buildings! Gym had several cardio and "strength" machines and weights, but a little difficult to find. Didn't check the area outside, but definitely worth another visit.

Wonderfully located, if you exclude Chamartin Train Station. Service, food and bar are excellent. Access to bathrooms are convoluted and towel service was terrible. Quality of bed and linen are exceptional, AC silent and running smoothly. TV and other services deserve special attention like the steam Rowenta to finish your clothing after being in your luggage.

Only spent a night here but found the staff to be courteous and competent. The Chamartin station area is not ideal for tourists but it's convenient for the airport and with myriad transportation links elswhere. The hotel has a Hard Rock vibe. Nice public spaces, convenient elevators, and well-appointed rooms.

I really liked this hotel! Very convient for a night from/to airport. The restaurant was very good and very affordable. The pool is nice but unfortunately mostly in the shade at the end of afternoon. Bathroom was really nice and modern. Bed was super comfortable Room was however a bit noisy - noise from the street and hallway. But overall very satisfied with my quick stay

A wonderful 5 star hotel in an affluent area of Madrid. Its fun interactive music theme was awesome. The room was more like a mini suit. Comfortable and very clean. Room service was outstanding. All the staff were helpful, friendly and very competent. Food was excellent. The choice and presentation wonderful. Truly a 5 Star plus!!⭐️👍

We had a great stay at Barcelo Imagine (2 adults, 4 children)! The hotel is beautifuly designed, modern, and well-decorated. The pool was a bit cold for my liking, but we still all enjoyed it! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet options were excellent: variety of fresh fruits, made to order eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice, gourmet coffee, etc. The last day we were leaving very early and the staff was very accomodating by providing a "to go" breakfast, as well as ordering a taxi for us.

We loved the unique style and empowering quotes throughout the property. The property was beautiful and staff were respectful/helpful. Upon our arrival they made my son feel extra special after I shared it was his 8th birthday. They brought him a small cake/candle/gifts. The breakfast was delicious. They had excellent amenities. From the time of arriving, checkin to getting such a clean and neat Room with VIP drink. The room was spacious, had all amenities, washroom was amazing. Breakfast daily was super nice and fresh. The main Chamartin station is just 3 mins walk from hotel. With just 20 mins direct metro ride to Sol station in city center its worth the stay outside city hassel.

Loved the music theme, lovely pool and delicious cocktails. Perfect location for before or after a long train journey, quick to get into central madrid. The stir fry was a let down unfortunately but other than that perfect place!
