Front desk lady was not at all helpful. She didn't help us with setting up crib for infant. She was very reluctant to help us with anything. The room was not cleaned and carpet near the sink area was wet. She didnt even aknowledge that and offered a new room. Had to spent a night in this crapy hotel in which I would never stay again.

Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms and in good repair, especially for the fact we stayed in the pet friendly rooms. Had a fridge and microwave which were clean and a definite bonus. My only complaint was the beds were too firm but thats just a personal preference for me. Definitely would stay again for all the positives plus the great price.

This is our one stop on the way to East Coast and our way back to New Orleans. Very affordable, comfortable, close to main roads, restaurants and everythimg you we need. We will be there again soon, very soon.

Well, it was very good for the price, but the hallways were very noisy… Doors opening and closing. We had a dog in the next room who barked for two hours because the adults in the room went out to dinner, but the front desk was very responsive.

Everything was very good . Checking in was easy and the room was very nice. Breakfast was good and ckeck out was also easy. Would have liked to have had a jacuzzi to rest my old bones . But otherwise I was very pleased with my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located in a nice area. The Dove toiletries in the bathroom is a nice touch. We stayed at another hotel the night before for the same price and had a miserable experience. We will stay with you again while visiting family.

The front desk called around 1:30 ish AM to see if i was going to be checking in. We had already arrived and checked in around 9:30 pm. Also have an extra pending charge from the hotel for the room, when i had already paid through Hotels.com. Waiting to see if that will drop off. Older hotel, room was ok.

Check in was easy with a friendly staff. However, the carpet had visible stains. The bed was terrible. It squeaked and the pillows on the bed I had were worn. Upon check out, the attendant was not friendly and never asked how my stay was. The amount charged to my card was completely different from my reservation. The adjoining property/parking lot from the hotel and restaurant had alcohol bottles and syringe needles lying on the ground. I would not pick this hotel again when staying in Knoxville.

It was available during a game weekend. Paint was peeling off walls inside room and sink was stopped up. Breakfast was terrible - nothing healthy. No fruit, no healthy choices. no non-dairy options. even syrup's first ingredient was corn syrup.
