The room was a lil dirty. Toilet had something on it and the floor had hair on the floor restroom in the bathroom door was dirty. And the toilet paper was all gone and they should put a new roll on left it on the back of the toilet

The room met our needs. Room was clean and comfortable. If you are wanting a good continental breakfast this was not the place.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It a little older inn/ hotel but they keep it clean plus it’s in good neighborhood

Stay was great. Inn was a little old but it was clean, staffs are friendly and location is within Alhambray downtown with great restaurants

My husband and i been working long hours and our apt was getting remodel. So we had to stay somewhere. All we wanted was to rest, but the bed was terrible the pillows have me a neck pain 😢 😭 😔. The upstairs neighbors where stomping too hard at night and in the morning.

Overall good stay. The free breakfast could have been better. Just having very few choices and no cooked items I thought was going a bit too cheap. Front desk help was excellent.

This place is pretty run down, the room was dingy. Plus some employee was doing laundry outside my room at midnight while blasting his phone. The parking situation is a joke theres probably 5 actual spots for guests the rest are blocked off for some reason. I wont be staying here again.

Location was great! Hotel however was run down. Needed a little face lift. Rooms needed to be updated as well. PARKING SUCKS!!!!! It was very limited. Once full we had to park on the streets with a permit but had to look for street signs making sure we could park there. Being it just being myself and my daughter, having to park a block over and walking down an alley just to get back to our room was an uneasy feeling. So if you have to leave at night, I suggest leaving your car and ubering or going somewhere within walking distance otherwise you're SOL and stick driving around for 30min looking for a spot.

The location and staff where great I just think the rooms need new towels and clean carpet the room had a smoking smell.

Bed comfortable. Fragrance free linen Continental breakfast was very minimal: NO cereal or bread products. Had yogurt, juice boxes and some pkgd muffins. Desk chair very uncomfortable..maybe broken. No extra chair for sitting to read

We stayed here New Years Eve as we were attending the Rose Bowl and parade. Hotel is a little dated but well cared for and location was great. Staff were very friendly and even left a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate the New year. Lots of restaurants within walking distance too.

The hotel is old and does not look attractive. The price is way too high for what you're getting.
Breakfast is very minimal. No coffee. You can make your own tea with a 10 year old electric water kettle.

I have come back here several times. The management is above and beyond accommodating! The facility is old, however, the rooms are neat and clean. I love the fact you can walk to restaurants and there is a Starbucks right around the corner. The location is outstanding and Alhambra is a lovely community.

Parking was insufficient and the surrounding area was unsafe. The motel was very difficult to spot as we went round and round the block!
Staff was friendly and helpful with the parking situation. Motel was quiet although the area was not. We enjoyed our spacious room with blackout curtains and a hot tub.

Make sure you stay on the third floor if you stay here. Sleeping and waking up to someone on the next floor from 3 am to 4 am is hella annoying

There is only parking spaces so be prepared to have to park your vehicle on the street. The street parking was also full. Fortunately , the allowed us to park illegally .

There was lack of communication between the internal staffs, as I was check-in at midnight, and was told that I could check-out at 12:00, however some one called at 11:20 and told me that I had to leave.

Overall an OK hotel. Clean, friendly staff. The shower water was room temperature, which is good for people who like cold showers.

The hotel is old. The room was clean. the person who is there 24 hours at the front desk is very friendly. Honestly the parking lot is a dilemma and it is a matter of luck if you find inside, since only a few cars fit, so if you do not find parking you have to park it outside. The hotel gives you a permit and that's it. If you have no problem leaving your car outside then it's fine. Personally I wouldn't stay there again. But if you are looking for something relatively inexpensive and convenient especially to the rose bowl, it's fine.

Loved that they have free parking and breakfast. I got there early and they had a room available for me. There is a library a block away, an ice cream shop around the corner and delicious food all around. Great place to have as a base. Close to Costco in case you need something.
