Embassy S has such a gr8 bf. On letters made to order. A/C wasn’t perfect we were either hot or cold. If you want to do selfies hotel is so cool you can take great ones. eg from transparent elevator

The room was old and in need of remodeling. There was rust in the in the shower and the overall room gave the look or impression that it was out dated, with a moldy feel :-/.

The breakfast in the morning is far best we've ever seen at a standard hotel. The rooms could just updating. Bathroom looked to have a leak in ceiling and rooms are dark and slightly musty smell.

The property had remodeling going on the first floor but we were told about the times the construction would take place. We were given the opportunity to select a room on higher floors. The staff were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about the city. The breakfast was excellent!!! I will stay at the Embassy Suites again when I am in El Paso!!!!

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. I did not like that pool/hot tub was closed for construction and neither hotel website or expedia mentioned that in app. I informed staff that was the reason I booked there to use pool, she suggested that we could use the Hilton hotel pool down the road, we went and when we get there we realize its an outdoor pool and it was raining. So in the future I will have to be calling ahead to make sure it has the amenities mentioned. Embassy suites should have offered me a credit but they didn't and with Expedia I will stop using it because its promoting false advertisement.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, but they do feel a bit outdated, and some amenities were not functioning properly. On the plus side, breakfast is included, which is a huge advantage when traveling with small children. There's a great variety of options, and the omelettes are made fresh right in front of you!

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The one drawback was we got a 2 room suite and the bathroom was located in the bedroom, not in the common living area, like other places.

The manager text us to make sure everything was good with the room. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites this is the only manager that will check on us right after we check in. The room was clean smelt fresh. The breakfast is amazing. All around a very positive stay. The only thing is that I was told at Embassy suite in San Antonio that if we found the room cheaper on another site we would get a discount. The room on Hilton Honors was 20.00 dollars more than at Hotels.com

the mattress was horrible on the sofa bed it was like sleeping on just the mattress springs. The king size bed mattress was horrible had a big indention on one side. The sheets had stains and the bed sheets were put on inside out.

Staff, location and amenities were great. The cleanliness of the room was just not there. Stains and debris were under the mini refrigerator, some spots on the floor had been unvacuumed. Stains of the pillows could be seen and there was a smell of mildew in the room and mold on the caulking of the bath tub. Felt a bit of a letdown since I had never been disappointed by an Embassy Suites before.

Our first time staying at an Embassy Suites, we frequently stay at other Hilton brand hotels but this was by far a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, from check in to check out was great and the little text messages throughout our stay asking if we were fine or needed anything was nice. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

Te Tom was wonderful. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was the shower was only Luke warm.

The hotel itself was great and the stay was great. However the pillows were uncomfortable and flattened as soon as you laid down. The sink would not drain because the lever was not attached. The soaps were not very good quality and the shower was extremely slippery.

This was the most run down Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. To begin, they do not honor your individual Civil Rights at this establishment. I would not have stayed here knowing they would treat me as a second class citizen. However, booking through Hotels, there was no warning. The payment was non-refundable. I had no choice. I felt imprisoned by there Draconian rule.

I like that it’s located close to the airport and nearby stores. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast buffet selections were adequate. The pool was open early and closes at midnight.

The staff was wonderful and super nice and accommodating. The hotel room, however, left me shocked that this was what a Hilton hotel was like. Our ac didn’t work well in our room so we slept in a lukewarm room all night. You could tell the carpet hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower … the plumbing to the tub wasn’t attached right, so half the water leaked out through the plumbing in the tub, and the other half came out through the shower head leaving us with hardly any water to be able to shower with since half was coming out through the tub’s spout (which was not attached properly to the wall - picture water coming out through the wall, through the tub spout, and then some water through the shower head); one of the hooks to put your towel on it was also holding on for dear life. All in all, while the staff was great, the room sucked.
