Wonderful facility with comfortable and modern amenities. The hotel fits in with the nearby industrial harbor environment as well as providing an inviting and pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient to walk or bike to restaurants or the old town. We appreciated the many ways the hotel is operating sustainably including the keyless door system. We would stay here again.

Too hot, there were no sun protection so the rom was over heated. It was also impossible to see the screen at the machine for parking payment.

The hotel was really nice. It was the hidden fees that bothered us. It cost us $20 to park the car overnight. Breakfast cost us $50 ($25 a piece) even though hotels.com said there was only a fee for breakfast on weekends. We were there on a Tuesday. The breakfast buffet was good, but not worth that price. Hardly any fruit. The staff was kind. The room was small but nice.

The staff at Pier 5 were fantastic! The room was comfortable and clean, the tv had the mirroring function so we weren’t beholden to watching shows in Danish, a language we don’t know. Being right on the water was wonderful, there are great paths along the waterfront, good restaurants nearby, and historic sights within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

We found our room very hot and noisy. On the first floor the traffic woke us up on each morning. No window blinds which ment no privacy. Block across the road could see straight in.

Great stay. Comfortable bed. Modern furnishings. Great vibe at the bar in the evenings. Booking through a third party does not include breakfast. Hotel will not provide lotion or hair conditioner, but you can buy full bottles from reception (ridiculous). Shower gel and shampoo included.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Not only are the staff very welcoming and professional, but they really want to help and provide good service. One of our ovens broke in the studio room and a simple walk to the desk and our issue was solved in 5 minutes. What a wonderful experience it was.

A above standard hotel in Denmark. Note that it seems like all hotels (not sure about the super high-end kind) in Denmark doesn't provide water bottles in the room. It's super close to the harbor, so if you like to walk along the water or prefer a more chilled vide, this place is pretty nice. Last note, there's a public parking right in front of the hotel but you need to pay at the meter machine.

Clean and nice hotel situated close to the harbour, perfect for a walk or a run. Very nice lounge/bar area to relax in after a long day's work. Breakfast nice but pricey. Fitness room. Close to shopping, cafe/restaurants and pedestrian streets of Aalborg. Will use this hotel again if I am to go to Aalborg.

This was my second stay at the hotel. Great staff and location. It’s walking distance to shops, cafes, bars etc. The waterfront is just next to the hotel. I will stay here again on my next trip to Aalborg.

Clean and bright—few amenities but the price reflects this. Great location. Parking is 110DKK per day. Nice bar and the most lovely staff. I would stay again.

My room was situated down the hall from reception. The hallway serves as an amplifier for all sounds coming from the area- and even during night it can be quite noisy. On top of this deliveries take place right out side this room. Think 7 o'clock loud voices and delivery trolleys on cobble stone. On the bright side the rooms are clean and interior suitable for the price. But not for me.

Travelling internationally not everyone has access to sms texts so why would the hotel send messages to my phone and then give me attitude about it? "You have an Amerixan phone so you didnt getbour message ". No, I have a CANADIAN phone. We got put in the back and when I asked to be moved she said I requested rhe back. No, I requested twin beds. We were by all the covid quarantine rooms too. They were not very accommodating.
