Very nice hotel but is located in an area which has a lot of homeless. Although we had no problems with any of them. The local fire station is next to the hotel, is very noisy all night. Having saving that the hotel was good and I would stay again, if ever in Calgary again.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The only bad thing is that the building is attached to the downtown fire station, you hear the sirens often throughout the night.

This was one of my best hotel stays. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. They were able to answer all our questions and even made a few suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of but made our trip so much better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying there again in the future. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff were so friendly. Anyone would be happy to stay here.

Staff, was wonderdil very helfpul. But whoever cleaned our room, very horrible job. Crumbs left all over the floor, couch pillow werent put back in place, table wasnt wiped. Bed was made up poorly. We walked back into our room and actually thought it wasnt done. But it was. The bathroom was cleaned.

Hotel was amazing do not book with Expedia though. They do not have the correct images for the rooms up and I was not booked in the room I thought I had booked over 3 months ago. As I needed the space in the room to hist a business meeting.. the hotel staff were great but the room I did need was unfortunately booked for a wedding.

Had a quick stay. 11pm to 8am. Check in was wonderful despite 2 people butting in front of us. Was kind of chaos and there should be rope lines or something like that. Rooms were clean, modern and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Only 1 regular coffee pod and 1 decaf.We used the regular pod twice for 2 cups. Not enough cream. Signage in parkade was unclear for how to get to the lobby and so we took the fire escape exit and walked into hotel. If you are paying nearly $300 night charging $25 extra for parking feels petty. Beautiful view of the river and we felt very safe.

House keeping wasn't good, Towels were ok condition, they smelled weird. Room didn't have safe box I had to carry my passport everywhere, and didn't have microwave. But overall was safe and good location
