Nice property at a great location. The lobby is great and the staff know their business
1.5
Over priced no parking.

The restauant "WEST" was fabulous and a big plus not to have to find excellent food. It's a bit pricey, but everything is expensive in LA.
Hotel staff was delightful. The entire hotel spotless (recently renovated). You do need to valet park with adds $$ but it is so worth it and the Valet team was as wonderful as the rest of the experience.

We requested quiet room.
When we checked in, room was not avaiable per our request. It was suggested that we wait.
After a while we (older couple) decided to accept what was described as quiet room.
That room’s window faced a busy highway in LA. During the it was evident we are facing the highway. At night when we closed the heavier curtains it was better.
The customer service called me the next morning to check about our experience. We shared with them this information and were offered an alternative room.
As I mentioned we are older adult and this move would been a burden so we declined.
2.5
It was a nice stay, but the only thing that I don't like is that they don't have self-parking only valet.
2.5
Very nice hotel and the employees were friendly and helpful! My room was clean and comfortable! Very close to Westfield Mall if you like to shop!
2.0
Think one should have the right to park oneself not be highjacked $47 per night valet
Also coffee price reasonable but eight dollars for a muffin??

I don't believe that this hotel has the name of Hilton, very poor service from all employees, you have to pay 50 dollars per night to park. Clean and well maintained facilities, but terrible service.
2.5
Convenient and easy to flow. Front desk staff was great.

Stayed here to visit the LA office, the location was great. The hotel staff were friendly, food at the bar was also good. The rooms were a little dated and the shower could have been more powerful. Gym had. A range of equipment that was useful.
Overall the hotel was great for what I needed
2.5
The hotel was very nice and clean. The valet parking is expensive and takes a long time to retrieve your car. I wish there was a self parking option because that would be much faster.
1.5
No cleaning service day 1 because they overlooked it. Very busy hotel - reception not very responsive
Charged me for overnight valet for 2 nights even though I do not have a car!!
Very mechanical
No personal service
Toilet was clogged and flush did not work
1.5
The power outlet burned out overnight causing the fridge and internet to go out. Leftovers ruined and weren’t able to watch tv or use internet in the morning. The valet was a mess, had to walk to dinner because they took too long to get our car.
Seemed like they were overwhelmed with being fully booked.
Pool was nice though.

The restaurant staff are pricks. The front desk staff are lovely.

Everything
2.0
Aircon position terrible it’s in front of the bed blowing air at your face and the air conditioning keeps shutting off by itself which makes for sleepless nights. Blankets could use better sheets and valet was unreasonably overpriced

Clean property, it was close to airport and the concert venue so super nice!

When we first entered our room the conjoined door led to another room and the people next door were able to enter our room, the door was wide open while others were in their room so we saw our next door neighbors as soon as we entered our room(felt unsafe since it was only a sorta old looking door stopping the other people coming into our room)the pool was dirty early morning with alcohol waste, kids toys, and the seats were dirty with what looked like to be crumbs and dirt. The property is made to see a lot
Bigger on the advertisement. The no public parking was very inconvenient as well as they did seem to get annoyed if we were in and out of the hotel. From visitation the driver of my car almost crashed into another parked car while bringing it to the front of the lobby as well as almost ran a red light in my car lol. Over all it’s was okay but felt unsafe and inconvenient not bad for a one night stay but not worth the $50 resort fee and the charge for over night parking.

I was happy with location /courteous staff. Excellent food /warm pool water. Love this place

staff excellent, facilities outdated, halls dark and unwelcoming, expensive parking valet only no option to self park. limited dining, limited menu.

Upon arrival there were several hairs on the bed sheet and pillow, we called front desk thwy said someone would come, we waited for an hour and then found a maid on our own
There was only one mirror in the bathroom with poor lightning
The pool was clean and nicely heated
The food in the restaurant was excellent

My brief stay at the Hilton in Culver City rates possibly as one of the worst experiences in hotel stays I've ever had, and I've traveled extensively. Despite charging rates that are not considered inexpensive, there's a constant nickel and diming atmosphere at every turn, both explicit and implicit: $20 per night for a microwave oven, valet-only parking, ice bucket filled only by the bartender, a $34 breakfast buffet in which only the waiter can fetch your coffee, milk or juice, etc. And then there's the housekeeping. After a long day of activities, I returned to my room to find little change. While the beds were made and new towels were left, it was all that was done, despite my having left a tip: room garbage can not emptied, ice bucket untouched and still filled with melted ice, no coffee cups or glasses replenished, and the table top remained sticky as it was not wiped. I had expressly asked the housekeeper in the morning to leave a "Do Not Disturb" sign in the inside of my room door, as the one I had placed on the outside was taken. If you guessed I found no sign, then you understand how low is the quality of service in this hotel. I have received much better service and value while staying in other hotels costing less than half what I paid the Hilton at Culver City for the privilege of being disrespected. I am at a loss to comprehend how poorly run this hotel is, compared to earlier experiences at Hilton properties in years past. I will no longer stay at any Hilton.

Beautiful beautiful hotel
4.0
Nice clean hotel with large lobby. Coffee bar, cocktail bar, and restaurant was convenient. Valet parking fee was $47 per day which we felt was high and unnecessary. Don't think there was much to walk to, but short drive to food and shopping. Overall a nice hotel.
4.0
Convenient to LAX and Culver City. What little interaction I had with staff was fine.
5.0
Super clean property with friendly, helpful staff.
3.0
Very helpful and attentive front desk staff. Be prepared to pay $47 per night for valet parking because there is NO self-parking. I had my disabled son and needed accessible parking. I asked valet and front desk if there was accessible parking they said they don’t have it which I don’t believe is in compliance with the law. Aside from being charged for valet parking each night and having to request my car everytime I needed to leave, the hotel was nice, clean and welcoming.

This hotel was horrible. They double charged my card even though I paid upfront through Expedia and have yet to refund me. There’s no parking, it’s valet only and someone stole $ from my car. $47 per night for parking. Slipperiest shower floor ever. My husband and daughter slipped and there was no option for a floor mat. Would never stay here again or recommend.
2.5
Recently renovated and updated with a mid century modern feel. Lobby was active and a great place to meet up with friends. Nice pool with 8 person hot tub. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Huge shower. The only downside was that the area is not very walkable, and parking is prohibitively expensive.
2.5
Great property and convenient to LAX where I needed a room due to cancelled flights!
4.0
Everything was good. The male waiter during breakfast was amazing! I didn't like that parking is not included in the stay.
