Paid $120 / n for what felt like a $50 ultra budget hotel. Place was really gross - found sticky red food residue (I hope) on my coffee table and desk. Common areas (eg halls, elevator) didnt seem to have been cleaned in days and smelt like ashtrays. Seemed to be being utilised as low income housing or something??, which is a great cause, but perhaps don’t try masquerade as a semi decent hotel at the same time.

I had exposed wiring on the wall in my room, plus people were smoking inside and my room was non-smoking.

I knew i wasn't going to be staying in a four star hotel and when we arrived, the room looked like a standard hotel room. We did have a pet friendly room because our little dog was with us. However, spilled water on the laminate flooring was sopped up with a white facecloth and the result was a black face cloth. I showed the face cloth to the manager and he said it was just a bit of dust. We later found a toenail clipping on the floor and I didn't even bother telling the manager because he already argued that his girl cleans the floor of every room. I just won't ever stay there again. Apparently my cleanliness standards were too high for this hotel.

We had to request a new room as soon as we arrived as there was hairs all over the sink and counter in the bathroom. Would have been nice to know Free breakfast was just a piece of fruit and a cookie.

By the highway in a rougher area plus to have to drive to get anything

Hotel was quite and comfortable. No issues with a late check in Room was comfortable and clean Hand sanitizer stations at front and in elevator Appreciated the covid snack bags provided in the morning in place of the continental breakfast Have had similar at a different hotel stay but these were stocked with a variety of items. 2 piece of fruit nitrigrain bar bottle of water and cookie

bedbugs all over the bed ended up having to switch rooms at 11pm

My stay with sure stay was good for the 4 days I stayed Thank you so much for the stay I’m more inclined to come and stay again when I need !

I did not get to stay because SureStay did not update their rooms with Hotels.com so I booked a room last minute. I was charged for the room and was traveling with my toddler from Washington State and when we arrived to the hotel in Canada they said they did not have any rooms and they don’t know why I was able to book it. Front desk told me to just call Hotels.com, but did not offer any further assistance! Hotels.com informed me that SureStay did not update their availability.

We always stay here when we come up from the States to see our friends in Coquitlam. Dependably clean, quiet, comfortable with affordable rates.

Our stay here was nothing but disappointing. The first room we were shown was a king size room. When I walked in, I was totally disappointed and decided to have a look at the bed (hadn't brought my luggage in yet), and the bed had bedbugs. I put 2 bedbugs on a piece of white paper and took it down to the gentleman at check out. The gentleman then gave me keys to a double queen room that had just been renovated. It was clean, no bedbugs, so we accepted the room. The next morning, there was some homeless people asleep on the couches in the breakfast room, but they weren't bothering anyone, so nothing was said. Now....if this wasn't bad enough, I woke up to check out the last morning and the 2 rear tyres of my car were flat. I went in to the front desk and they advised me that we could look on camera, but low and behold the camera that wasn't working was the one that looked at my car. We called a tow truck, I continued to check out, with the Manager, whom did not care that my car had been tampered with, and left in the tow truck to get the tyres fixed. It turned out that all 4 of my tyres had been stopped and damaged while in their "secure" parking lot. I will never stay at this hotel or any other SureStay Plus Hotel again.

A bit noisy early weekdays on the brunette side with early rush hour

After going back to my room from breakfast I seen there was a mouse in the middle of the floor in our room. Glad we were only staying one night and won't be back.

Could use some updating in the rooms. Staff was very friendly. Not sure why extra charge for dog?

Pretty nice hotel for the price. Staff are friendly. Room needs a good wall wipe down (minor). Other than that i would definitely stay here again. Location is by main highway and is accessible to eveything.

old room, kitchen is not work, move 2 times to get a right room

The room above my room which was 219 has very creeky floors. You could distinctly hear whenever and wherever the tenant obove me was walking. Other than this the stay was excellent.

seine 30 km outside Vancouver downtown but centrally located on an highway and city rail is even close. spacious super clean rooms and bathrooms, wifi sometimes not stable but ok

Great location just off the highway, close to skytrain station. Didnt spend alot of time at the hotel but overall a decent hotel.

Nice staff, hotel needs a refresh but the bed was really comfortable.

This location is one we visit on a regular basis. Just learned though that being a hospital employee my union card works so thats a bonus.....

We were so pleased with the front desk on ck in, the room we were assigned and the breakfast was delicious. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay there again. No regrets staying there.

Clean Disappointed that fitness centre does not open until 0900 am. Would be more useful if open st 0600 am
