they called 6 hrs after i checked out and said their was a stain on the sheet and they were keeping 30 from my security deposit bed was still made when i left as i bring my own pillows and blanket i read the reviews before of them keep deposits for thing but figured i would try myself these people are crooks and theives stay far far away also kitchenette is useless as they have no dishes

My family & I have been in between homes while staying here. We have managed to make it comfortable enough to be a temporary home. Having a normal refridgerator & kitchen area has been so helpful. I have not seen many hotels resonably priced with a kitchen. I do wish there was a special discounted and/or flat rate for people in our situation who stay for several weeks or months. Other than that I do not have any complaints. I would & have recommended this place to friends & family.

Staff are easy to communicate with. Staff i met were friendly. Only down side is when you get there to check in they charge a 100$ deposit. A heads up ir notice before booking the hotel would have been nice but we had no warning of the deposit until we checked in. Even if booking online you still pay a deposit. Total cost of this hotel costed me 611.89$ for a week and 2 days

Believe in this saying…You pay for what you get. This motel is the cheapest place to stay in the city. Owners BIG ON KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT, for damages done prior to your stay. Check their rating and believe them. Everyone ain’t lying on this business. I will never stay nor refer no one to book with them.

Honestly I liked the idea of the 2 eye stove top that was in the room. It made the area feel more like a kitchen at home

First day i was threatened by mannager to be kicked out with no refund on a 8 day stay with deposit . When trying to check in with booking info the mannager said that i was double booked and ,i told him that i never doubled booked ,i only had one comformation # and showed him the # and he saw my name and also showed me someone else name . I should have ran then at that moment , however he said he would straiten things out , he put me in a double bed that had no cover on the air conditioning and roaches was coming in from outside , and everyone that walked by or stood at the door talking , agrivated my dog because it was so loud and he could see them through the air conditioning unit , i then tried to block his view and the windows so he could calm down ...the manager did ask me if i had a crate and i said yes , given the fact that my dog was in the car i couldnt bring my crate because the trunk would be open and it would stick out do to the size of car . I waited on a friend to bring it , but did come in time , my do did jump to the window when people came by and the window curtan was cut a inch from the bottom , i told him i would take it to shins cleaners to have it repaired because i know ther work. he also said that the police came in my room and my dog scared them , just worries me that anyone can just come in any time and we have pets for our saftey and companionship that are stressed out the intire stay .this man acted like a young thug, and kicked me out no refund

Room had roaches

I guess you get what you pay for but we only got 2 pillows on each bed. Said they didnt have any extra and that they were booked...A/C was crazy loud and say several bugs in the room overnight ajd in the morning

The place was very dirty nasty alarm kept going off the ladies at the front desk were very nasty nd disrespectful

I ended up leaving after being there for 14 minutes. It felt very unsafe to stay there. Creepy vibes from the start. I was told I couldn’t have a refund because I had been in the room for more than 10 minutes. The cost of losing what I paid to rent the room was not worth my life. Do not make the same mistake I did when booking here.

Never even got to check in. Told me my credit card was declined. Then found my reservation 2hrs later after i had to go somewhere else. And then charged me a day for canceling. Already was booked and would like a refund.

This the place I stay at, every time I visit Hinesville. Affordable, clean, & safe but more importantly to me is great customer service.

The rooms are very nice and they are improving on them, clean, quiet, and employees are nice and mindful not to disturb you unless needed.

Lady at the front was very rude

Half of the lights didn't work. The toilet stops the bathroom door from closing and worst of all there was a bullet hole in the headboard

I liked the cleanliness of the property and that's the most important one. Aircon wasn't that cold and curtains were old and ripped. Other than that everything is ok for the price nightly.

They were remodeling and the noise. Web site said pool was open it wasn't and serving breakfast and wasn't. A/c hardly worked.

The rooms smelled and had roaches

Family trip we stayed was clean and very comfortable good place to stay very friendly staff.

It was a nice place

You can smell the cleaning products in the room upon entering. The carpet and sofa chair were stained. You can tell they have never been cleaned. The beds sink in the middle when you laid in them. No back support at all.

No breakfast, pool, or quiet. I booked this room over other options because it stated it had a breakfast and a pool and a hottub. Never found any of those. I'd have gladly paid more to have these amenities elsewhere. Instead I was stuck with a non refundable room and no vacancies elsewhere... otherwise I'd have found another hotel. Worst experience. Kept asking them to *not* go in the room and they did every day. Toilet would not flush properly. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

This facility is so outdated it will take a great deal of money to bring it up to competitive standards. The room was dark and dank with light fixtures that didn’t even have a bulb in it. Until this property goes through a complete renovation I will not stay here again.
